“Will stay here any time I go back to Niagara.”
We were very impressed with the hotel. The hotel is located exactly were you want to be at Niagara Falls (walking distance to everything). The hotel is elegant and charming with two grand stair cases and a chandelier in the lobby. We did not find the room too small at all, in fact we were very happy to find out we had a perfect falls view from our window that we had not paid extra for. The parking garage does charges fees that vary depending on the day, but if you go to the casino next door and get a players pass (free) you can park for free as long as you like. The Resturaunt in the hotel has a great breakfast or lunch buffet, you can dine while overlooking spectacular views of the falls. The service was very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay at the Brock Plaza Hotel anytime I travel again to Niagara Falls.
“Wonderful Experience”
What a great and historical place to stay. The staff is first class . I recommend warmer climate travel to enjoy the jacuzzi offer on the 11th floor where I stayed.(too cold for the spa in November) Built in 1929 this building is just a fabulous. Lots of history for those history buffs. Marilyn Monroe stayed there for her filming of Niagara,(now room 801). You have the best spot for the entire panoramic view of the American Falls and the Horseshoe Falls ( of course not forgetting Luna Bridal Veil Fall) Spare a few $$ to have dinner at Skylon in their revolving dining room, one full rotation per hour.Try to ride elevator 1 @16:30 horizon view of TORONTO, ride is free with dinner.((what a site to see)) A beautiful combination-- Canada and United States at its best. Views of Lake Ontario and Erie. Before I forget, gamble all you want..What a great experience....
“Best in Niagara, either side!”
We found ourselves in an old-fashioned, charming room with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in any hotel. Great price for off-season, can't beat the location for view and convenience to all of Niagara. Hotel staff were always friendly and attentive. I liked the don't clean the room offer that provided a newspaper and Starbuck's (in the hotel lobby) voucher for having the cleaning service skip our room. Overall, I don't think I've had a more pleasant experience in a hotel anywhere in the world, considering the very reasonable price.
“Good value for an excellent view”
An older hotel with character. Our 7th floor room had an excellent view of the falls and the buffet breakfast was very good, particularly the waffles with berry compote.
“Bad desk clerk”
Beautiful hotel, centrally located, and connected by tunnel to everything! But, on our busy weekend, they gave our reserved rooms to other people, and tried to put our rooms on separate floors. this didn't work so well for a bachelorette party! Then the receptionist gave me a snotty attitude when I asked about this! Great place to stay if you don't have to deal much with the front desk!
“I would like to go back”
I recomend this hotel because has a good prices and excelent service.
“Really Nice!”
Located across from the Falls! Great view from our room. Hotel staff very friendly! New water park on top of hotel! A short walk to all the attractions! Will stay their again!
“The best location in town....”
The hotel is in the best location in town most of the attractions in town. We walked everywhere and we are considering going back to celebrate our 50th anniversary.(This was our 46th!)
“Small but Cozy”
The hotel lobby was beautiful with a huge Christmas tree and a self-playing piano. The rooms were small, but cozy and very European feeling. Excellent location, can walk to anywhere near Lundy's Lane, hardly need to go outside to get to the casino.
“crown plaza hotel”
