“Very nice hotel and staff!”

The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are very nice. Very comfortable (home away from home) beds. Bathrooms are nice (shower heads could be upgraded), but other than that this hotel is very clean, attractive, and the staff is very friendly (no matter what time of day or night). I highly recommend this hotel.

“Very Good”

The position is absolutely good because it was not too far for walk to Fall and Clipton Hill and relatively not noisy.

“Very Impressed!”

This hotel was only given 2 1/2 stars on all of the travel sites we reviewed. Boy were we surprised! The place is like new, the staff was very nice, and everything was very clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls who would like a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price!

“Excellent location. Within walking distance to EVERYTHING.”

Excellent hotel. Convenient location. Free breakfast was great. Lots of variety. Very, very friendly people in Canada. Pillows were a bit hard, so bring your own. Front desk very helpful with directions, etc...

“Great value - 5 minute walk to Casino - Free Cookies!”

This is the second time I've stayed here and again it was fantastic. The parking is much cheaper than the other hotels (only $7). You get a free breakfast, which is great because most of the buffets aren't worth paying for. The rooms are new and the beds are super comfy. As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcome. Did I mention they have free cookies?

“Wonderful Stay”

My husband and I stayed at Country Inn and Suites in August of 2010. On the way to the hotel, we ended up in a two-hour traffic jam, so I called the hotel in a panic. They immediately assured me that my room would be guaranteed for late arrival. Our room was quite spacious. We had reserved the king suite with a whirlpool tub, refrigerator, and microwave, which came in handy, and I highly recommend. My biggest complaint regarding the room has to do with the noise in the hotel. While we were sleeping in the morning, we could hear people slamming their doors, as they headed into the hallway, and we could hear people talking to each other. The walls are PAPER thin--or at least the door is--so be aware of this. It should be noted that Clifton Hill is crazy-busy--especially at night. So, it was nice to get away (but not too far away) to the hotel at night, so that we could sleep. Also, be aware that the hotel charges tax for parking, which surprised me. I didn't expect the tax on the parking. The cookies in the lobby were replenished every morning. The breakfast in the morning was filling. There were bagels, English muffins, sweet pecan tarts and fruit tarts, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, milk, and juices. We always had plenty. The breakfast room does get crazy in the morning, and it isn't kept the cleanest when it gets busy. My husband and I would definitely stay here again, as it was a nice play to stay away from all of the hustle and bustle of the nightlife at Niagara.

“Good accomodations for the price - would return here”

Very clean and nice room - cheerful desk help - close to the Falls and Clifton Hill - we walked easily to most attractions - there was one night when the music from a nearby club or bar was too loud - but otherwise our room was quiet. My family didn't like the free breakfast very much - but I appreciated the convenince of having breakfast on site - WE would stay here again- it was a great value when we booked through Expedia

“Nice!”

A great value for the price per night. I think they have found a great balance between having a clean and well located place at an affordable price. The waffles are pretty tastey in the morning as well!
