“couples”
fair price exceptional rooms, i got the jacuzzi suite which was well worth it if you want to relax at the end of the day
“Overnight Getaway...”
The hotel was okay. good value for the price, but needed some updating. The tub was clean but stained and needed replacing. The carpet was a bit loose near the jacuzzi probably from water. The jacuzzi was great. The bed was comfortable. Fireplace nice. The breakfast was VERY disappointing. Coffee, stale bagels, muffins, cereal. No cream cheese for the bagels. No other beverage, so if you don't drink coffe... you are out of luck! Overall though, we had a nice overnight getaway there. The price was good, and it was clean. The room was much better than a Motel 6!
“disapointing hotel condition”
both the 2 rooms has bathroom problemes, one the shower wasn't working & the other one has a broken handle on the sink, no water at all, the room isn't clean and smell bad, some insect as well on the carpet, when i call the staff, they wanna star repairing this the bathroom while i'm staying in it, what kind of a waste of time and money, i drove over 500 mile and i need to rest, not dealing with this essue, i got another room instead with working shower, i guess everyone undestand what it means when you wanna use the bathroom after 500 mile drive and all you family are tired, or a disapointing room condition. the breakfast wasn't good, the toaster wasn't working & the coffee not strong at all, feels like water.
“Stay Elsewhere”
The first room that I was assigned had no TV. Was assigned to another room. This one had a TV, however no remote and the TV, lights etc. did not work. Turned out that nothing was plugged in. There was a coffee maker, however no pot and no coffee. There was a fireplace in the room, however that did not work either. Door did not seem to lock properly. Both rooms had a musty smell and the carpet was old and very worn. Cleanliness was not great. Light switch in bathroom was covered in beige sticky blobs. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. It seemed as though this hotel had been closed for a while and re-opened before it should have been.
“my stay at the best day inn”
I wish there was a refrigerator and a microwave. The hot tub wasn't working so that really was disappointing. I didn't like what was called breakfast included when I felt like I was getting stale muffins and awful coffee.(too watery). The hotel smelled old and musty and a bit stinky like smoke. On a positive note, it was nice having the view and a free space to park. The employees were nice and seemed like they tried to make it better.
“Niagara stay”
They did not take a credit hold on my credit card and I really liked that it left me more money to enjoy Niagara with. Maid forgot to clean my room. Bathroom had some mold and they had been obviously attempting to fix it up with some putty. Walls were paper thin. Hallway carpets were dusty. My daughter liked the pool but that aside really this is NOT a three star hotel. It is more like a 1 and 1/2 to 2. Reasonable price but you get what you pay for here. No view of the gorge from the 2nd floor also maybe on the 3rd floor.
“Our Disappointing Stay at the Best Days Hotel”
|Since we had prepaid for two nights we had no choice about getting a refund. The entrance looked good but... no elevator,we were on the 4th floor. The room was not really clean There was hair on the sheets. There were 3 bath towels, old with a blue stripe down middle (pool Towels). Stairways were filthy. Our feet stuck to sticky parts. There was a huge pile of laundry at the bottom of one stairwell which stayed there all weekend. On the second day we were locked out of our room at 11 amand had to go down to the office for another key card. Staff were very unhelpful. Continental breakfast was bare mimimum. Food counters were filthy with noisy ethnic music in breakfast room. Although the pool appeared clean the area was very run down.
