“Good hotel good price”

The location was fantastic, close to Clifton hill, and the attractions. the staff was very nice and friendly. Since it costs to park EVERYWHERE in the area, But at this place it was free of cost,that was excellent.you'll likely be walking...overall it was AVERAGE MOTEL not too fancy, not too low.

““Fun times with best friends!””

I made a trip out to falls to reunite with my dearest friends who travelled in from London, LA and Paris. We stayed at THE Hotel and loved our time there.. Being a holiday weekend, it was maybe more crowded by the pool than normal, but the pools were worth the crowd. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. The towels and robes were fluffy and clean. This was my first time to falls, but others had been before and said they preferred THE over MGM or other hotels they've used. I would go back and stay here...service, quality and luxury all wrapped up in one good time! Stayed July 2011, traveled with friends

“Great Place to stay for a great price”

room was clean.refrigerator, microwave, phone. there was a TV but i couldn't find the remote. washroom is clean and there were nice towels. i got friendly treat at the receiption too. the location is also good from american falls. i think its a nice resonable motel. btw, they have excellent location.

good place at an amazing location from where we could go to all the major attractions of the niagara falls in few minutes.Rooms were clean and good too

“Right price for price”

we picked up this hotel at the last moment and had a good experience.Its a good one if lookin for a reasonable price and its also close to the falls,casino and restaurants.The staff was friendly and helpful when we requested for the jacuzzi room.The rooms were nice and clean,the beds were comfortable,the washrooms were though not new but clean and fragrant.The person at the front was also mentioning of the extension of the building with new rooms.There were families with kids staying for the Family Day weekend which was exciting for our son,who wants to come back for summer and have a dip in the swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel if its a short stay.

“Real close to most attractions”

We stayed here for one nights. It's within walking distance to almost everything you want to do. Once we arrived we never had to drive anywhere. We could even walk to the Canadian side to see the attractions. The Continental Breakfast wasn't the greatest but the rooms were very pleasant and the price made up for it. They claim to be the closest hotel to the Falls and I believe it. Most of the staff was very pleasant also. Very clean. They are doing some sprucing up around the hotel as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

“Good Place for the price and location”

i planned a visit to niagara falls this summer with my family, we were 4 altogether and the price i paid was way less then i expected. the room was clean there was microwave oven, iron, fridge and free coffee. i believe the such location in this price was a perfect deal. i parked my car at the motel and walked for every attractions, i saved quite a lot on parking and gas.

““A true find””

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our California coast tour. The hotel is in a great location, nestled between Hollywood and Beverly hills. Walking distance to the Farmers market. We stayed in a suite and it was very spacious and especially super clean! The room was right beside the elevator, but we never heard a thing, it was a very quiet room. the breakfast is quite big and has a lot of choices. The room has a coffemaker, minibar, safe and a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and we got little chocolates every day. The best thing is the staff, whatever the request they go out of their way to accomodate you, with a big smile on their face.Thank you Michael and Michael and Paolo. We would return here anytime we are in L.A., it's truly a find and very reasonable rates, including free wireless and the breakfast.

“It was a comfortable stay”

I was not disappointed for the price that we paid. The exterior is nothing special, in fact, but the rooms and bathrooms seem to have been remodeled recently, and were very clean. The free continental breakfast consists of fruits, cereals, and baked goods -- it is nothing special, but is quite adequate. What really impressed me was the staff,who were extremely nice. Best part was the walking distance to the NIAGARA FALLS and all the attractions its right in the heart of the city .I Believe its the first motel close to the falls.
