Balcony was internal looking into other guest rooms. Room above breakfast area and very noisy. Very loud foreign guests. Not happy. Had to pay extra to get outside balcony and quieter area of hotel. Breakfast dishes were cold. Cold bacon? Sorry. Would not recommend this hotel to our friends.

A good cleaning will make it perfect!
The hotel front desk staff were wonderful and so helpful. The location is great, walking distance to so many good restaurants, and to many interest spots if you can walk 5 km in the heat. The beach was 1 1/2 blocks away and was beautiful the first couple days, then was absolutely covered with garbage from the ocean the last couple days of our stay so we avoided the beach. So sad! Breakfast was great for the Asians but our choice was eggs and two types of fruit and buns. Kind of boring for Westeners. They really need to hire a new cleaning crew as every part of this beautiful hotel needs a good cleaning. It was pretty noisy as well. Could hear every door slam in the building.

Noise noise noise!!!
We stayed here for 8 nights and only had 1 good night of sleep (thanks to alcohol). Please if you stay here stay on a high floor. Not 001 ie 8001 9001 1001 running water from pipes in cupboard outside door.

Average hotel, but amazing staffs
We stayed here for 1 night and checkout at noon while our train depart at 8pm. The staffs made sure they look after our luggage and bags while we made our way around Nha Trang. Our room was very clean and I see a lot of people coming in and out of the hotel as it was located next to a travel agency.

Short distance to the beach. Convenient location with lots of stores below. Breakfast was good with items changed. daily. Worth the value.

Hotel is relatively new, room very spacious. Very odd that you are provided with a kettle, but no cups, spoons, coffee etc. With the balconies opening out to the indoor atrium, the room is very dark and the noise from restaurant and reception echoes up to the rooms. VERY NOISY. POOL area is unloved and well below par. Staff were ok, but there is no passion in this hotel.

! it is too dark at the hallway coz hotel turn off the porch light ,so when people walk in they think the doorbell is the switch! then press at least 3 times!!!! thats not make sense! others,still good! 10mins walk to the beach, mini mart nearby...........

The location of the hotel is great and right in the middle of it all. The breakfast is quite decent too. The hotel front desk staff is very friendly. We booked the suite at the Nhi Phi for a bit extra. The hotel is nice, and I would recommend booking just a regular room. The suite is 1000 sq feet, so were expecting a bit more room/sitting area or some tables in the outside patio; but it seems like just a regular room with a big outside patio. The outside patio is nice, with plants around the outside, but there are no table or chairs outside, so it's a big empty space and not really good for anything.

Nice hotel close to the beach.
Very modern and clean. A great respite after the overnight train from Da nang. Breakast was great, the pool lovely and the staff at the counter very helpful. They organised a taxi driver for a half day who took us around the sights for $20. We tried to shout him lunch but he did sit with us and had some squid. Would recommend this hotel easily.

Great location for beach and eating. Room was very modern and clean but because of the arrangement of the balconies which are internal ?? the room was very gloomy in the day and we had to have the light on all the time. You had no idea what the weather was like until you went out! Front staff not very friendly.

Great location, quality room.
My 2-year old daughter and I stayed for 1 night. Clean, bright, & nicely decorated room, good breakfast selection included in room rate, and great location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars at the doorstep.

I came for a business trip in Nha Trang and chose the hotel because it is near to work and reasonable price. Breakfast is the best here. You have variety options: asian, russian and american foods. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only complaint I have is room cleanliness. Bed sheet had something looked like watermarks. The floor was not moped carefully. Flipflop is dirty and has been used by so many guests. Towels had a hole. Great property, but the hotel should consider upgrading their room amenities and focus more on room cleaniness.

2 great nights at a new hotel
Everything was great. Quick 2 nights stay at the beginning of October 2015. Finding the hotel was easy, check in/out was easy. Room was well furnished to include fridge, electronic safe, TV (with lots of channels). Bathroom was a little small. Taking a shower shot water all over the toilet. Buffet included good selection of Western and Vietnamese food. I'm not a buffet kinda guy, but what little I did eat, was well done. Would gladly stay here again.

A really nice hotel, staff are attentive and speak good English. The rooftop pool is nice and cool. A bit small, but there were never more than 5 people there at one time during our stay. Strong wifi available throughout. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great value in an excellent location
This hotel is excellent for the price (I think I paid about USD 25 a night), and very clean and modern - I initially only booked for three nights, and thought I would give the Best Western or Novotel a try after that, but ended up staying a total of nine nights. The beach is very close by, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep - The Local has beers for 30 US cents, or if you're into sports there's one called Booze Cruise around 200 metres away that will basically play anything you ask for (NBA, MLB, NHL, NRL, test cricket and AFL). The pool is a little bit small, the loungers didn't have cushions, and there's no poolside bar/resturant but that wasn't really an issue for me as a) there's a phone there you can use to order from the downstairs restaurant, and b) you can also go across the road to the Liberty Central where they have a fantastic pool and bar that you can use even if you're not staying there. One thing to be aware of is that some of the cheapest rooms either don't have windows, or have windows that look directly onto a wall - I would avoid these if possible. Also it may not be obvious from the photos, but the rooms with balconies actually open onto an internal atrium, not to outside. Finally, when I was there there were a few families also staying - many of them with poorly behaved children - so if you're hungover it may be a good idea to go across the road for breakfast as the squealing/crying/screaming can get to be a bit much.

This is the second I have stay here and both occasions were great. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Very close to the beach and surround by good street food and restaurant. Recommended!

Nice and Affordable hotel
Very affordable hotel, about 3 mins walking distance to the beach. Staff are very friendly and always willing to assist. Breakfast is ok, since it is included in the price, I was happy to have a "free" breakfast in the morning. The rooms are spacious and clean. I was facing the street and just in front of the Spanish bar which has a live band until midnight so I will get very very noisy between the band, people shooting and the traffic.

A very good stay in this hotel.
This hotel is owned by Sinh Tourist. The Sinh tourist bus office and bus stop just at the hotel. The staff are very helpful.One day I joined a water tour,I jumped into the water,and I lost my eye glasses to the bottom of the sea.After I back to the hotel, The front desk help me to tell the a Taxi driver to drive me to a street where a lot of eyes lens stores. I can get my new replacement eye glasses in 20 mins with very good price.

That service in that hotel isn't even 1/5. Example we tried to get our loundy cleaned and they told us it costs 300k VND and then our friends went with same clothes and it was 150k.. No hello and good bye ever said. We got 2 people room and we booked 3 people room. Just go to other hotel. There is rly nice hotels nearby with same amount of money and better location with nice happy service.

Great neighbourhood
The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are spacious and clean. Have your shower in the evening as its solar and not as hot in the morning. The staff were good and most understand English. Great area for bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel close to nha trang beach
We stayed here for three nights. We enjoyed our stay, the pool was good to cool down in. The staff were great but the only negative was the breakfast wasn't that good. I would recommend staying here. There are alot of nice restaurants in the area too.

The hotel is really cheap and affordable. Right in the middle of all that is happening in Nha Trang. The room was clean but not spotless. The staff were very friendly and made our stay pleasant, always at hand to help. The only problem was the building work outside??? Felt like the drilling was coming from within. Our room vibrated and the noise unbearable (sounded like the noise came from inside my head!). Out of the hotel's control but it was a really bad start to our day each morning as works began around 7am. Would have been nice to have been warned about the noise and to be given a room furthest away from it. Otherwise, perfect hotel to stay and breakfast was good for the price you pay.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Hotel is located just minutes from the beach, located in the center of tourist area, 15-20 walk to Dam Market and a great breakfast buffet.

Modern hotel, close to beach
Beautiful modern hotel, most rooms have balconies that open up to an interior courtyards. The only comment I have is that I paid extra for a room with a balcony and was given a windowless, balconyless room that was dark and wasn't vented well in the bathroom (the shower drain bubbled every time we used the sink and had a bad smell). After seeing the room, we promptly returned to the front desk requesting a room as described but were told they were all booked up which was obviously untrue since one could see empty rooms from the center stairwell and then going to 2 hotel websites, there were plenty of rooms available. The front desk staff were very nice but refused to change our room. The area is very, very touristy but close to a beautiful beach. There is also a beautiful roof pool that has an amazing city view.
