We had a great time at this hotel recently. The staff were all very friendly, food was fantastic, lovely room and we enjoyed the pool although it was very busy. The extra touches for my birthday were much appreciated too. Thank you again.

Hotel was perfectly OK, nothing more. Hotel is a little tired, especially from it's old architecture. Reception staff good and friendly. Restaurant is soulless and cold. Took ages to get served, ages for my starter to arrive (first order was cancelled) and then ages for my main. 90 minutes from bum on seat to main course. Gave up on ordering a dessert. Breakfast was perfectly OK, little more than that.
