“Good value accommodation”

The hotel is situated in an ideal position for visiting both Manchester and Liverpool. The accommodation was good and very acceptable. Although we did not have dinner in the hotel, we did have breakfast and that was well prepared and well presented. We intend to head back to that area later in the year and will certainly stay at the hotel again.

“Overnight stay for the races”

We stayed at this hotel and went to Haydock races (10 mins walk away). Really nice, friendly hotel, rooms spacious and clean, large comfortable lounge area and bar and food and drink served all day so when we arrived at 10am we we able to check in straight away then have sandwiches and coffee in the lounge - will definitely be returning.

“Stay somewhere else.”

The rooms for a holiday inn were disappointing. WIFI for $30 US?!? Per night!! I stayed here the first and last night of my trip. The staff the first time was decent enough.. the second time they wanted copies of all my stuff and a deposit which they didnt ask for the first time. The bar was noisey and the there were kids running around all night that the management said they could do nothing about. I do NOT recommend at all. Especially for business travels.
