“Our best hotel stay”
I can't say enough about how friendly and accomodating all of the staff at this hotel are. We were always greeted with a smile and the housekeeping staff were excellent. We came from Saudi Arabia to visit with family, and it was very nice to have a quick check-in and to not have any issues with the room after a 25 hour trip. The entire hotel was very clean, and as I said, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job with our room. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel, which was delicious everyday. The cook there does an excellent job, and for dinner on Tuesday nights he does an excellent fresh made pasta dish. The server in the restaurant was outgoing and very courtieous. The entire staff of this hotel made our stay just that much better. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel's pool and fitness center were also excellent. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we come back to visit next year.

Excellent service and staff. Convenient location with food and entertainment locally available. A 24 hour food pantry available should you arrive late and need a hot snack. Small Fridge and microwave in the room.
“Would go back over and over!!”
We often go to Hilton Garden Inns and this Inn was by far the best one that we have been in!! The Staff was outstanding, and the room wonderful. Coming from an earlier part of our trip where we couldn't find any food late night, coming to a hotel that had a "pavilion" where they sold all types of meals to heat, drinks, snacks, etc. 24 hours a day was a treat and our teens were happy because they could just charge them to our room. On the days that we were very late getting out of our room, a package of linens, toiletries, etc. was made up for us and left at the front desk so that we didn't miss "maid service" just because we wanted privacy. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and right across from a movie theater as well. Our 5-day stay value far exceeded our price charged!!!
“Wonderful experience”
The hotel is very nice, the room was spacious and had great amenities, and the bed was very comfortable! I was dismayed because I'd forgotten my pillow, which I usually take with me when I travel, but the pillows in the room were very comfortable and supportive. I didn't miss mine at all. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, polite, and offered assistance. We were greeted with smiles whenever we passed the front desk. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel rather than go out, and were glad we did. Not only was it delicious, it was very reasonably priced. There were a lot of options, the fruit was fresh, as were the pastries. The server was very friendly and attentive, keeping our coffee cups filled, and taking plates as we finished with them. The chef was very friendly, but the best thing was that he listened. I'm a little particular about how I like my eggs. He made them perfectly, exactly the way I asked for them. It made breakfast that much more enjoyable. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to perhaps change coffee brands. It was ok, but tasted like pretty much every other hotel coffee. Something a little more robust would be nice. My only complaint about the hotel is that the walls are very thin. We were able to hear every word of conversations that took place in the hallway, and not in raised voices, either. Luckily, the hotel was quiet at night, and we slept peacefully and well. We would absolutely stay here again.
“Nice & comfortable, attentive service too.”
We stayed over a weekend. The facility was kept immaculately, even the landscaping. Comfort was good, everything worked, the outlets were convenient, and the staff was very responsive. This isn't a luxury hotel, it's a family/business oriented place, but the quality of everything was certainly appropriate. Nicely appointed, comfortable bed and chairs, wifi included, clean appliances (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave was spotless). Nice exercise and pool area, too. Admittedly, we are pretty low maintenance, so we didn't have that many occasions to use the staff, but here's a typical example of our interaction with them. I had just made a cup of coffee in the room, and the half and half had gone bad, "cheesing" my coffee. I called to the front desk to request some additional creamers (no urgency), and within minutes someone was knocking at my door with a smile and a handful of replacements. The hotel itself is at the end of a court. A short stroll will lead you to a decent grocery store, a few restaurants + fast food (we didn't have an occasion to use the hotel for breakfast - there was no dinner available on Friday night when we arrived), and a multiplex theater complex. It's often a crap shoot with a hotel in this class. Sometimes the faux wood creaks or has chips in it, the mattress is a little too worn, the bathroom grungy, but this place was bright, fresh, and comfortable, and even the lobby was very inviting. No regrets at all.
“Very nice hotel”
Newer property located next to movie theater in nice commercial/residential neighborhood. Convenient location, well maintained property, pleasant staff - all good. I travel to the area a few times a year and plan to stay here from now on.
“Clean and convenient”
All the areas of the hotel were spotless, the staff was very friendly and the room was quite comfortable. I had a room next to the elevator that I worried would be noisy, but it was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again for business when I come back to the area.

Nice place to stay, clean, professional crew and no that far from Busch Gardens. The only weak point... the unfriendly waiter at the breakfast area. Somebody else could do a better job just smiling at least.
