“Great Service”
My grandparents came to visit and they have special needs. I asked the staff to take care of them in the mornings for breakfast, and the staff did a wonderful job!

Wonderful customer service, wonderful breakfast, everything was very clean and well kept. The free internet in the lobby were a nice added perk.
“Convenient location to airport, restaurants...”
Needed a last minute room near the airport and this hotel fit the bill! Easy off I-64, very close to the airport and lots of restaurants nearby. Checked in late and all went smoothly, thanks! Printed off boarding passes and grabbed some breakfast in the lobby and off we went. Will use again next time in the area.
“Great Customer service”
Hotel was decent for the price. You get to use the gym accross the street instead of a gym in the hotel which was awesome...and the breakfast was really good :) Customer service was excellent, the staff was Very sweet.

“Nice Stay”
I was visiting for a college graduation. The hotel was good for the price. The location is excellent. Plenty places to eat and a mall (all in walking distance). The staff was very nice and made every effort to be accommodating. I would stay here again. Hotel was a lot better than the HOT outside graduation!!
“Newport News Comfort Inn”
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location to Newport News activities and airport was excellent. Great shower. TV Movie rental process did not work. Breakfast adequate, but nothing special.
“dirty bed”
My Grandson got in his bed pulled on the blanket/sheets and out falls a USED tampon applicator. Totally disgusting. I called the desk and demanded the bed to be changed. and that they clean up the disgusting used tampon applicator. That experience really turned me off to the place looked clean but I guess appereances can be deceiving. Also when I asked about the internet the woman wasn't knowledgeable about which option to choose I was told to try them all and she didn't know what else to say about it.
“Needs some improvement”
Continental breakfast was not very good since the food was not fresh. The WiFi was poor and would lose connection constantly. The room itself was pretty good and was clean.
