Visited Newport November 2014. Stayed at the Pelham Court Hotel. Very good location. Within walking distance of shops and restaurant. A short drive to mansions. Suite was clean and modern. Breakfast which was included was adequate and coffee machine for hot beverages was always available. We will stay here again.

This comfy Bed and Breakfast was in a great location. You could walk anywhere in town. The owners could not have been nicer. We especially enjoyed the wine and cheese at the end of the day, and the breakfast in the morning was homemade and delicious. Great option if you want a place to stay that is convenient and charming.

My wife and I spent two nights here on our honeymoon - a truly romantic and special experience! The staff was so kind and thoughtful - even putting water bottles in the cup holders of our car when we picked it up from the valet! We also recommend the massages offered at the spa!

Great Inn close to everything. Price was right and if you go back you get a discount. I booked a room for myself then called back and booked another for the same trip and they gave me a discount. We were there in Nov. and parking was free across the street. Very close and convenient. If you are on the first floor its a little noisy because your window is at street level with people walking by until late. That was on a Fri night. The breakfast was unbelievable and included in the price. Tea time in the afternoon, with a little desert was perfect for our arrival. Clean, nicely decorated. Excellent price for what you got!

We spent two nights at this hotel. It was so clean and the rooms were beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had a great time here. In my opinion the menu for the restaurant was a bit steep but the food looked well worth it. The continental breakfast consisted of a few pieces of pastry, oatmeal and a few little muffins along with tea and coffee which was just enough to take the edge off while waiting to go out for lunch. We spent time walking around Jamestown. This is such a quaint little town and the people are so friendly and welcoming. We took a ferry over to Newport which was only about a 25 minute ride. It was nice to have the pool right at the hotel too. All in all, we will definitely go back and stay here again.

I've stayed at thousands of hotels, this one blew my mind. First off its in the center of everything. Parked and walked very convenient. Secondly the staff were so pleasant. Now onto the best part, the room. Besides it being clean, the views from the balconies, were amazing. Even though it was cold, my boyfriend and I braved the cold and sat outside to watch the sunset over the water. The concept of the rooms are awesome. I could go on forever but this is the only hotel I will be staying at in Newport.
