Dear Carol,The shampoo and conditioner used are Paul Mitchell brand one of the famous brands used by hotel industry. They are the approved brands by all five star hotels in the USA.You and your family stayed in 226 and 227 and we did not find any cracks in any of the tubs. We asked our young front desk and look and they even took pictures. We did not find any cracks. However we are sorry if you due to your age found any cracks. Extremely sorry again regarding your complaint regarding the shampoo and conditioner too. We do not use any cheap brand like the ones sold in store.However once again sorry Warm regards Krista g

Had we refused accommodation since we did not have a pet friendly room of the room type booked by you not friendly room , you would have lost the money as it was pre paid room .It is unfortunate that we live in the world of ungrateful people around. We tried to call you to find whether you needed a pet friendly room . But we could not as your phone number was not available on the booking. Even booking agent refused to give your number.
