Problem room

Pros: The room size was very spacious for two adults and two kids. The staff was helpful with the problem although they were unable to fix it.
Cons: Fix the plumbing.
Location: Visit New York City.
When we arrived, we were given keys to a room that had not been made up. In the next room we were given, the toilet did not flush properly. We obtained a plunger from the front desk to try to unstop the toilet, and when that didn't work, we asked the front desk person to help us. She tried with limited success, and said that a person would come the following day with a special tool. When we arrived back in the room the third day, the toilet was still broken, and would not flush at all. We had to go down to the first floor bathroom to use the toilet. Additionally, the refrigerator leaked and made a big puddle on the floor.

Our first trip to New York

Pros: the rate is reasonable
Cons: food service
Location: shopping!
The hotel experience is average. The carpet in the suite needs to be shampooed it feels sticky. The breakfast is okay but I prefer brewed coffee! It is nice the hotel is close to Penn Train Station. But for sure we will go back to New York and we will not think twice to go back to Comfort Suites!

Very Nice

The staff couldn't have been nicer. Accommodations were wonderful and very clean. When booking the room I had requested a room near the elevator because my 85 year old mother with me has trouble walking distances. That request was not forwarded to the hotel and we were given keys to a room at the end of the hall. However, the girl at the desk was very helpful and could only give us a handicap room on ground floor near office. It was perfect for mom! Breakfast was wonderful, too. Only negative was that I hadn't realized how far it was from airport & there was no shuttle. Had to hire a taxi which was expensive. Could have paid more for a hotel closer to airport and still saved money.

Isolated Hotel

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: When i booked my trip, Expedia stated this was a airport hotel that offered shuttle to and from the airport. This was not true.
Location: The hotel appeared to be by a warehouse;with no other nearby attractions.
The hotel was isolated from everything. There were no public transporation nearby. No shuttle service as suggested by Expedia. The chairs was discolored. I would not recommended anyone to stay in hotel nor would I want to stay it again.

Nice hotel close to subway station

The overall stay was amazing. The breakfast was tasty. But the one and only thing is that when we booked the hotel room online it said the taxi would only cost $10 but it was actually $20 dollars.
