YOTEL New York at Times Square, built in 2011 is an ultra-modern, largely automated hotel, offering a luggage-storing robot, a restaurant with communal tables that can be raised and lowered, and an airport-style check-in desk with self-serve monitors. Hot beverages, assorted muffins and whole fruits, are complimentary in the cabin lounge, and the hotel includes a restaurant, a lounge, and a terrace bar with fire pits.
Wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout the hotel. Multiple small meeting rooms, dry cleaning, tour/ticket assistance, and multilingual staff are also available, and the hotel includes a fitness center.

“LOVED YOTEL!”
I took my 19 yo daughter to NYC for her birthday and we stayed at YOTEL for 4 days and we loved it from the time we stepped foot in the front door. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and went out of the way to be sure all needs and questions were taken care of. Very clean, neat, and even though it was loud some nights on the 4th floor (main floor) you could not hear the noise in the floors above. One thing we didn't do was eat there so not sure about that. But it was a great stay and we were super happy to have stayed there. PS the rooms were really fun and different and when we drug our tired bodies in from a red eye at LAX and were welcomed into our room at 6:30 in the morning I knew it was going to be a good stay!
“Cozy and clean with a towel warmer!”
The Yotel was excellent. The room was a little smaller than I expected, but it was perfect and cozy and the space was used very effectively. ALSO, the towel rack in the bathroom is a towel warmer! I was very happy with our stay. It was very clean and a great place to stay!
“Satisfied guest”
Great location which was close enough to walk to a lot of things but not too close to the crowds. The rooms are small but very efficiently laid out. If you are a person that requires a lot of space then you wouldn't like them but most hotel rooms in New York are small. I would stay there again.
“Hotel moderne”
Cet hôtel ravira tous les fans de technologie, avec un style très moderne ( qui pourra éventuellement décevoir certains adeptes des hôtels plus classiques). Aucun reproche ne peut être fait au sujet de l'état et de l'entretien de l'hôtel. Le staff est jeune (je n'ai pas souvenir d'avoir vu un membre du personnel de plus de 30 ans), très accueillant et professionnel. De plus, le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon et peu cher vu la qualité de la nourriture.

“Stay”
I love the whole theme about the futuristic design and out of space travel. The housekeeping crew was actually cabin crew, the front desk was actually mission control.....so the theme didn't just stop with the design. The bed could have been a bit softer and there could have been more food on my plate for the price. However, I would stay there again.
“Yotel at 42nd and 10th”
Have stayed here before and will stay again,and again.Staff is professional and courteous.The location is close enough to everything to get full access to the city. Newly found towel warmers are a plus in the chilly season. Galleys located on each floor for beverages and ice. All around pleasant stay.
“Yotel, Strongly Recommended!”
Yotel was amazing! Since it is a brand-new hotel, everything was in pristine condition. I also liked how bathroom was by the window. I liked how there was a mini-kitchen every floor, so guests can use microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine. Strongly recommended for short trips! The standard room is quite compact, so it easily gets messy. Still I absolutely loved my visit in NYC!
“Nice hotel”
It is an excellent hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. The bed was good. The staff was very amicable and helpful. The restaurant serve tapas (small dishes). They were delicious, specially their fried rice. Maybe the only thing bad I can think about is that the block where it is located looked like an industrial area, but even that is fine as it is still a walking distance to the main attractions in Manhattan
“Can't recommend YOTEL enough!”
Excellent hotel, can't recommend it enough. The rooms are small but extremely well planned and comfortable. We weren't cramped or tripping over ourselves and there was plenty of space for our two suitcases and numerous purchases. The bed folds up into a kind of sofa futon when you're not using it (just press the button and stand back), which gives you much more floor space. The room's are soundproofed, and we didn't hear a peep from any of the surrounding rooms. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, even when we got up late one day and didn't actually leave our room until after lunch. Clean towels were provided whenever we wanted them, the complimentary toiletries were great (and on sale from reception if you want any to take home) and the breakfast muffins were always fresh. The Galley at the end of each floor provides complimentary teas, coffees, hot chocolate, filtered water and ice. There is also a drinks machine that you can buy coke etc from. The hotel is very central, with Times Square a brisk 5 minute walk away. 5th Avenue, the Empire State Building, Broadway, Central Park and the midtown ferry terminal are also all within easy walking distance. Yotel's location is exceptional value for money. I have stayed at the Novotel and the Marriott Marquis in the past (both on Times Square) and can say without hesitation that I preferred the Yotel. We are already planning our next visit, and can't wait to return to Yotel.
