Wyndham Garden Hotel is on West 24th Street, a half-block from the intersection of Broadway and Fifth Avenue. The immediate area abounds in architectural gems, including the wedge-shaped Flatiron Building, 2 blocks away. The 1909 MetLife Building and the 1928 New York Life Building tower majestically over Madison Square Park, 1 block from the hotel. Danny Meyer's popular Shake Shack is also located in the park.
The hotel is 100-percent nonsmoking. A fitness center is open 24 hours. San Rocco, the Wyndham's Italian restaurant, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. An outdoor seating area is open seasonally. Room service is available early morning till late evening. Complimentary small plates of seasonal appetizers are served during Happy Hour with the purchase of a cocktail or glass of wine.

“NYC - Flat Iron District - Great Hotel”
Hotel was a great price in a very good neighborhood. Tiny room but clean and functional. Free WiFi.
“Nice getaway for a jaded NYC couple”
We are NY dwellers, and went here with w/my wife on one of our overnight jaunts away from our toddler. Pros: modern design aesthetic, like a boutique wanna be; great location, on same block as Eataly and across the street from Madison Ave park; close to Chelsea, so we can do the foodie thing and the High Line. Nice bathroom, clean, and quiet as we requested a back room. Only con, and it is slight, is its a relatively small room for the dollar, but I don't think really any different than others in NYC.
“Loved Wyndam Garden”
Hotel staff were helpful, welcoming and courteous. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Hotel is centrally located in Manhattan beside the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park. Would definitely stay there again.

The next time we go to New York, We would stay again at this Wyndham. The price was acceptable. Subway/ bus access was in our acceptable range. The Hotel employees were demonstrating excellent customer skills. They gave us the impression that we were very important.
“Brilliant Hotel in NY”
The hotel was fantastic and the customer service that we received was excellent. Though the rooms were relatively small (but not for New York), they were more than adequate. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Great midtown NYC Hotel”
This is a great small hotel a couple of blocks away from the Flatiron building. Lots of cafes and a Starbucks within a block. Plenty of restaurants just around the corner like Outback and Olive Garden. There was also a Whole Foods Market a couple of blocks away. Central Subway line is at the Flatiron. We walked to Times Square and Macy's at 32nd St. The hotel was very nice. I had a room with a King Bed. It was quiet and very nice. We stayed a week and felt very much like the city around us became "our neighborhood." Everything we needed was close. There was a movie theater just down 23rd street as well. Free wi-fi was nice too. Highly recommended.
