“Absolutely Loved it!”

Great Location! It was a beautiful " At home environment " feeling. The unit I checked in to was very large , and clean. Perfect location, and I will be definitely returning with Family & Friends!

“Very Good place to stay near Times Square”

Nice Apartment, Kitchen etc. all working as one would expect. Supermarket nearby as are restaurants and very near to Times Square. As long as one does not mind looking after the Aperment by yourself, this was probaly the best stay I had in New York. Will defibately look for this place again on my next visit.

The staff was great. When booking didn't realize it was an apartment we thought it was a hotel. It was much more comfy than any other place I have stayed at. Definitely will stay again. I highly recommend the woogo. The area was perfect... Starbucks so convenient and a beauty spa right next to the apartments made it even better.

“Great Find!”

I was a little confused about Woogo Apartments Times Square. I didn't realize that Woogo had not purchased the entire building but had purchased only a few of the apartments in the Ivory Towers. That said, the apartment was lovely. It looks just like the pictures on Expedia. The only down side is if you want maid service. (Not a big deal for me.) Maid service is not provided you have to request it and there is a fee. Also, if you need extra supplies you have to contact Woogo Management Office, which is not located at Ivory Towers. (I read the review so I knew to bring extra TP and wash cloths.) All in all, an awesome location and a really great place to stay! Would definitely stay there again.

“Very satisfied, excellent location and times square view....great budget value”

My room was identical to the one shown in expedia, like someone said, even the dishes were alike. Very conformtable for us (a couple), subway station is in the corner and connects to most of lines within feet away. At the east street there are several markets to buy food if you are want to cook in the full kitchen provided, although I would buy my own sponge but they have soap and cleaning supplies. The cookware is very basic and appropriate for a short stay. View was incredible at night and considering the location being in a 32nd floor was an advantage for the noise at night but compared to the desert here it was still noisy but wasn't too bad either. The bed was clearly not new but it was clean and in good shape. I recommend this hotel for its convenience closeness to the midtown and because it saved me money in food when I had the chance to cook. It's like a home away from home for me.

“Best of the best in Time Square”

It's a one bed condo one block from Time Square. No room service like other hotels but I'm very happy with the room on 39th floor very good view of NYC.

The rooms were exactly what was displayed in the pictures online.Even to the color of the dishes.Stayed for 6 nights and was pretty happy with the whole suite.I felt like I was in my own kitchen.Will definitely book again.

“Good Location”

The apartment was very nice we were on the 30th floor and could see the lights of Time Square from the living room. The place was clean and well kept the only thing that we had trouble with was getting call backs from the woogo reps they were supposed to be available 24 hours a day. We didn't have any paper towels or TP in the room we called the Rep and got her voice mail and she didn't get back to us for about 24 hours, and the second time we called she never returned the call at all. But the staff at the apartments are GREAT they helped whenever they could overall this is a very nice place to stay in NY and we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay within walking distance of Time Square.
