“Best service and location”

The Westin doesn't disappoint. Even the rollaway that we used was comfortable. The bellmen were helpful with maps and recommendations. Loved the whole experience.

“2nd visit ,will go again”

2 friends and I have just been back to Westin and intend to go again. The beds are amazing, the service excellent. (we asked for a fridge to keep my friends insulin in. It was delivered to the room in less than five mins).Situated so close to Times Square and all amenities. thoroughly recommend this hotel and the lovely, helpful staff.

“Good location”

Just off Times Square and about as central as you can get. Empire State within easy walk and access to theatres 1 min. Very clean and comfortable. The higher the room, the better the view. Adjoining room door ok for those with friends or family but does not filter noise as well as a wall. Make sure it is locked from your side! Restaurant expensive and only had fish menu when we were there so didn't bother. Overall very good hotel and staff efficient and friendly. Would stay there again.

“Mid-town's Best”

I travel to Manhattan once a month on business & the Westin is my absolute favorite over other hotels in the same class. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious with fantastic water pressure in the shower, and its the only place in town where room service actually gets my order right & on time! I plan to stay here on all future trips.

“Great location”

The Westin is a new modern hotel. The views from our room were outstanding, we had a view of the Hudson river and beyond on the 21st floor. The rooms were spotlessly clean and staff very helpful.The location was great, just off 42nd street and 8th avenue, very near to restaurant row, with Times square just around the corner.We will go back
