“Excellent Hotel”

“Perfect Hotel Experience”

Everything about our hotel stay was perfect; the location, room, and service all met or exceeded our expectations. The room was large by New York standards and very comfortable. Bathroom was also large and very comfortable with a separate tub and shower as would be expected. We reserved a room with Ritz Carlton Club access and we felt it was well worth it.

“Very Impressed, Luxury in the City”

From the moment I arrived I felt like a king. Everything was taken care of and if I needed anything, the concierge service was second to none. Located on Central Park South, the hotel is within walking distance of subway entrances, Central Park, the new Apple Store, FAO Shwartz, and Time Square.

“Why stay anywhere else?”

My husband and I were here for a long weekend before Thanksgiving 2009. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It was everything you expect from a Ritz-Carlton and much more. We had Club access and it was totally worth it. The food and drinks were great and the Club staff were as nice as can be. It really made it feel like home for those couple of days. The location is great, the staff is fantastic and the rooms are quite large for any hotel, not just NYC. We're going back in July for a week and can't wait to stay there again.

“They had me at Hello!”

We arrived in the pouring rain, soaked and cold to the core. At the desk, as miling face who promptly got us fresh towels and a bottle of water. One of the best hotel stays of my life. Wonderful location on Central Park. Wonderful rooms with great amenities. Staff that care and could not be nicer. We are already planning to go back.

“5 Stars earned!”

We will return to re-experience the excellent security, excellent staff service (from doormen to chamber maids), prompt room service, quality room amenities and whole building cleanliness. Business center was small but adequately appointed and staff available fro special needs.
