“Wonderful experience”

I had my doubts about the place because of the price but it was a wonderful place. The lobby and patio area were lovely. The location cannot be surpassed and the room, while small, was perfect for a trip to NY. My only complaint is that the hallways were dark on the room floors and some energy saving florescents would be a good investment.

“Great place to stay”

Our room was small but it's New York! Well-designed use of space and spotlessly clean. Staff were great and the shuttle service to the JFK airport worked well. Very close to all the main attractions - would recommend it as a place to stay.

the Pod is cool enough for most hipsters and has a great location. everything in NYC is expensive so this spot comes in on average but the location is fantastic. the subway is one block away and it is easy walking distance to the park and MOMA. Lexington Ave is full of bars and restaurants and closed down on Sunday for some market action.

Yes, the Pod hotel has small rooms, but they're clean and have everything you need as a base to explore the city. The roof terrace is worth a look.

Excellent location, great comfort. Beautifully decorated and furbished rooms streamlined to the basics... rooms are small, but you dont need more if youre spending your days sighseeing and shopping in the most exciting city in the World.

“Would definately recommend”

It does what it says on the Package! What you see is what you get. If you just want a reasonably priced, centrally placed hotel for "doing" New York and where you just want to lay your head at night, this is the place. No frills but no complaints - except for the fact that our room didn't have a full length mirror which would have been good and there was wall space to have one. Next time please.

“Great hotel, great location”

This hotel was perfect for our stay; the rooms were small but we were aware of this before booking. It is in a great location as so close to everything we walked everywhere! It was immaculately clean, sheets and towels were changed every day. We had our own bathroom but the shared bathrooms were also immaculate so don't be put off by sharing. Perfect for those on a budget!

“Best budget hotel in an awesome location”

The room was small but had everything you might need including a hairdryer. The bathrooms were clean and were never a problem to access. Tons of restaurants right outside the hotel. Overall highly recommended.

“DOn't waste money on an en suite!”

Great hotel about 20mins walk from Times Square. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and never had to queue. Diners for breakfast just round the corner. Lovely wine bar just next door.
