“Excellent value.”
My whole experience from using Expedia to the hotel stay and time with my 20 yr daughter was extremely memorable.
“My second time”
This is my second time to stay in POD hotel. for me it's the affordable small hotel you can find in New York.Location is accessible. Green subway or Red subway, its about 2 blocks from the hotel. POD located in E 51st st. just about 9 blocks to Times Square.
“"great stay, great price, great location"”
This was an excellent hotel, I have stayed here more than once and will stay here again.
“I love it!”
Was a good choice... it's very cute, clean and in a great location.
“Good value”
I had a double room with en-suite. Very compact but modern, clean and very good value by New York pricing standards. I was there as Hurricane Irene passed over New York. The staff chose to stay at the hotel to keep it functioning rather than going home to be with their families. Great service during a trying period
“Great hotel!”
I really liked this hotel. I stayed in the Queen Bed room and it was perfect for one, very clean, with a good (but small) private bath, flat screen TV and in-room safe. And for a midtown Manhattan hotel, it wasn't too expensive. Staff was nice, and the location is great. Definitely recommended.
“The Pod Hotel New York”
Hotel was well located, very clean, quiet, and affordable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not luxurious, but fabulous none-the-less. .
“Clean, très bien situé”
Très bien situé : Empire State Building, Rockfeller Center, ONU proches. Métro à deux blocs. Quartier très sécurisant. Par contre, chambre très petite, lit accessible que d'un côté.
“Wonderful wee place to stay”
My friend and I had no trouble finding the hotel at all after taking the bus from Newark airport. We stayed in bunkbeds which was really fun, shared bathroom but had our own wee sink and ipod station and safe in the room aswell as own tvs. The shared bathrooms were up to a high standard and very clean. Easy to walk everywhere from where we were and felt very safe in the area. Really close to Rockefellar and Central Park and the ipod shop. Theres also great places to eat nearby, where we got our breakfast from every morning and a nice area across the road with a water feature to sit down in. No problems with staff or service or anything and were really pleased about being able to leave our luggage in a safe place when we checked out as we didn't fly till later. Only small complaint I can think of is that the stairs up to the top bunk are quite sore on the feet - so either wear slippers or bag the bottom bunk! If ever back in NYC would definately stay here again, it was wonderful and great value! Both of us were very pleased with our choice and made the trip even better!
“Great Hotel in good location”
this was a great hotel for the price and the location. You are close to everything. the rooms are a little small but then agian your in New York to see the city not the hotel room. Very clean, very friendly, ver good hotel.
