“great hotel, fab location”

We stayed in a New york suite as there were 4 of us - highly recommended as it gives you a living area as well as a sleeping area, with the added bonus of 2 loos and makeup mirrors ! Food at the Tick Tock Diner was of a good standard and the ambiance substantially better than that of the usual hotel diner.

Such an awesome location. Central to everything. I got a great rate and I was so happy with the service. The rooms were super nice and very clean. I just don't understand the negative reviews. They were so nice and thanked me for my service in the military. I am staying at the New Yorker from now on.

“Great hotel”

Excellent hotel. Fabulous location in midtown with subway train right on your doorstep. Near the Empire State Building and Macey's. Great for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend to others. Bedroom was a good size with two beds. Bathroom a little small but all above average size for such a central location.

“Great hotel near MSG”

Easy to pull right up to hotel and easy valet parking. Our room was ready when we checked in early. Rooms are a bit small but very nice. Beds extremely comfortable. You can't hear any noise from streets. We did have a noisy neighbor at 1:30 in the AM. Security settled the issue within 2 minutes and it was quiet the rest of the night. Impressive quick handling of the issue. Check out was a breeze as well. Will stay here again when seeing a game at Madison Square Garden. No coffee maker in the room though.

“Great staff and great location”

Great location near Penn Station. We had corner rooms with desk, great views with huge windows. Rooms comfortable, bathrooms small but good for the price. Hot water problems first morning but staff was wonderful and gave us key to another room for hot showers. They called and checked to see if everything was okay and hot water fixed same afternoon. Traveled with another couple and gave us rooms right across the hall which was wonderful! The staff was most helpful and rooms were nice and clean each day. Wished bathrooms would have been bigger but overall a great place to stay!! Prices reasonable and would definitely recommend this hotel!

“Very Happy to stay this Hotel!!!!!”

I really happy to stay at this Hotel. The room was so clean and neat and especially the bed was so comfortable and clean. The distance to Convention Center was walking distance as ad. was good everyday in the morning for exercising.
