“Great Higher End Hotel”
Great Hotel in a great location. Stayed here with my wife and two teenagers. Hotel staff was helpful and the hotel itself was modern with comfortable beds in a fantastic location for exploring NY. I will definitely stay here again for both business and pleasure!

“Loved Early Minute”
Everything was great. It always is at Kimpton. The rooms are somewhat small, but it's New York, you can't really expect more. It was very close to Times Square (less than a block away), but not in the middle of all the craziness. Close to Bryant Park and 5th Avenue shopping. The lemonade and ice tea served in the lobby was great to have since it was so hot that week. Kimpton, you've done it again.
“Sooo Central”
Having read a lot of reviews before we went I knew we would not be dissapointed as I was right. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard. On arrival we were booked in to a room on the 4th floor. I asked for us to be moved to a room on a higher floor for a better view and without any problem we were moved to the 16th. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and very clean. Bathroom toiletries were replaced daily; and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom and a list of other things that you may have forgotten for loan or purchase at a small price; beds were always made and turned back each evening (with chocolates placed on the pillows); there was a free wine reception each evening at 5pm. The staff were always helpful and polite and on hand to recommend somewhere to eat or where to go for the evening. The positioning of the hotel just of Time Square was ideal for us as we were touring around Manhattan. It was a great place and we would definately stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Great architectural elements, interior design, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Have stayed at many other NY City hotels - this by far is in the top tier for quality, comfort, location, service and value. Will stay here again!
“Clean and Comfortable”
Stayed at the Muse the end of April, had a great time. Nice clean room and great location very close to the action in Times Square and Broadway. Make sure you go the the TKTS booth for good prices on all Broadway plays ( on and off) Comfortable King bed. During the week you can not sleep past 07:00AM, but who wants to in NYC. Loved the complementary wine in the afternoon. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
“Great small hotel off ...easy walk to all activities”
Overall a very nice hotel, easy access to all spots in the City, the staff was very courteous, room was on street side so beware of typical NYC noise where the City seldom if ever sleeps. Room very clean, while small to some standards, well appointed for "shoebox" off the street hotel. Will go back!
“Hotel branché au coeur du NY qui bouge”
Bel Hotel à la déco comtemporaine, art déco. Ambiance classieuse avec une réception très pro et des animations apéro, gouter, musique. Nos ados ont adorés aussi. A recommander sauf pour les groupes car c'est plutôt intimiste.
“Great Hotel, Great Service”
This is a great hotel. Location, service, comfort, bedding, everything!!! The first day we had a problem with the A/C Thermostat. I called the front desk and within an hour the poblem was solved. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel.
