“Good Hotel service, Location not evaluated.”
My stay here went very well. I would recomend this place to anyone spending time in the area. It is a small hotel with good service. The hotel was clean and well maintained with courteous staff. The price was also one of the lowest I found near the JFK Airport. The only con I had was an advertised shuttle service to the airport that was not available during my stay. They do have a taxi service to/from the airport for $20.

The staff at this hotel were OUTSTANDING.......they were by far the nicest people I met during my visist to New York. The room was very comfortable and new....I love the art deco atmosphere......I will return in the future....
“Feel at Home with Sleep Inn”
The staff are simply fantastic! They made me feel at home throughout my stay there! Though it is quite a distance from Manhattan, the free shuttle to train stations provided by them helps save a lot of time! An excellent place to stay in. Definitely recommend to my friends if they visit New York.

The hotel is very good. It looks renovated recently. Very clean and super nice staff. rooms are small and close to eachother but in general, it was a good choice.
“Great option between JFK and the city!”
Airport pickup was great. I called ahead and they knew we were coming at 10:30pm. I was concerned with the timing since the pick up is offered until 11pm. Check in was easy and the guy was real helpful & informative. Room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the room looked good. Breakfast in the morning was great. We would return to this hotel.
“An Average Night”
The hotel is a nice, quiet but small place. The employees are very friendly, the rooms are small but they're comfortable and they get the job done (if all you need a room for is a place to rest your head). The bathroom was clean for the most part. They just need to pay a bit more attention to detail. My biggest problem with this hotel is that they had a new girl working the desk training and she messed up our security deposit, so now I'm out 50 bucks. But what can you do.
“Appreciation on Sleep Inn FJK Hotel”
Two favorável points are: near Metro Station and the avaiable of a shuttle service. The front desk personel are very friendly, proficient and helpfull. It Washington a very agreable experience
“Decent hotel for price, however no airport shuttle as advertised”
Mostly satisfactory except hotel advertised an airport shuttle from JFK, however when contacted they said shuttle wasn't available. Inconvenienced as we could have chosen a more reasonable hotel closer to the hotel without having to spend extra money in cab fares.
