“Better than I expected”

I thought this hotel rivalled the boutique hotels that are very trendy. The entrance lobby was modern and welcoming and buzzing with people. The rooms were neutrally decorated but with everything needed, nice shower, comfortable bed, no outside noise. I ordered room service which came in less than the 30 minutes they said it would take and the food was good. Because Sheraton is a chain I merely expected something bog standard but acceptable. It was much more like staying in a small client-is-king hotel and I would definitely return.

“Nice Hotel, would stay again”

Beautiful room, very clean and well taken care of. Room attendants were very diligent, always replacing shampoo and conditioner--which is my pet peeve as a person with a ton of hair ;p Nice view, could see the water from our room. Staff were always friendly and helpful and the food and drink that we had at bar was very good. Never had a problem getting an executive cab for our group of six to travel around--the concierge was always on the ball. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

“Would stay here again”

Nice hotel, got good price on expedia, so might not stay there again if I had to pay usual price - I stay in NYC a lot so have to find a not too expensive rate but no complaints about this hotel.

“Sheraton Tribeca - Beautiful hotel, reasonably priced”

We stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca in March and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is brand new and gorgeous. Rooms are fairly spacious for NYC and very well apointed. Beds are amazing! We stayed on the side away from Canal street so it was quiet. Very close to the subway station. Great access to Chinatown, Little Italy, and Tribeca. There are a ton of places to eat near the hotel. We're going to stay here every time we visit the city. A nice break from hectic Times Square! Only downside is that Canal street has some shady men selling counterfit handbags and jewelry a block from the hotel. They just hang around the corner looking for buyers. A bit annoying but doesn't take away from the pleasant hotel experience.

“Gerat NY Experience”

If you're not in town for the shows but want to experience the pulse of NY then this is a great place to stay. SOHO is across the street, 10 minute walk to the Village, 10 min walk to little Italy, 15 min walk to the World Financial Center. Hotel is new and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again.

“Fabulous hotel!”

This Sheraton is new, it was clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were terrific! Bathroom was also good -- terrific shower.

“Happily surprised”

Typically when visiting NYC I have stayed in the East Rutherford, NJ area due to it's proximity to NYC and significantly lower hotel rates. I was very surprised to have found a hotel of this quality within Manhattan at the rate I paid. Definitely a bargain worth repeating or recommending.
