Masina Trattoria Italiana - Overlooking the Hudson Rover waterfront, the Masina Trattoria Italiana serves authentic Italian dishes that are prepared with the freshest ingredients. Guests can dine in or al fresco on the outdoor patio with a view of the New York City skyline.

“Great location with a view”
Once again the Sheraton did not disappoint. Fantastic stay on the Hudson River. Hotel is quiet and just a short Ferry ride to Manhattan. Stayed for 10 days and had no problems at all.
“A great place to stay”
A great choice of hotel with wonderful views of Manhattan skyline. Transport to nyc is cheap and easy using the bus to port authority bus terminal. Light rail to Hoboken where you can catch Path train is also an option . Didn't use ferry as it's quite expensive. Hotel was good, large clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. I've been to new york many times before and the hotel is well worth staying at, although if it was my first visit to new york I think I'd want to stay across the river in new york itself as once you've travelled out of the city following a day's sightseeing it's unlikely you'd have the stamina to travel in again for the evening . Hoboken is a great alternative place to check out with many great places to eat
“Excellent value”
We visit NYC several times a year and usually stay in Manhatten. This time we decided to stay in NJ because of the price. The hotel room was a small suite with separate bedroom, very comfortable with microwave, refrigerator, an exceptional value for the price. The hotel room had a nice view of the river and lights of NYC. It is conveniently located to get to Manhatten by water taxie just out the front door or light rail and tube just a block away. We seldom eat at our hotel, but had a light meal which was good and reasonably priced. We travel and read the reviews before we book a hotel and would highly recommend this hotel for location to NYC, and free parking which made it an exceptional value.
“Definitely would recommend”
This hotel was perfect for my family's visit to NYC. The location was perfect. You could get into Manhattan in 10 minutes! The rooms were a decent size (although I think they were stretching it using the word 'suite' to describe the rooms)
“Very good hotel”
Great location just on the Hudson river. On weekdays, the ferry stops just steps to the hotel every 15 minutes. It brings you downtown around the 42nd Street. Then, buses (free) brings you to the most visited area of New-York (Central Park, Times Square, Business Area). The view on New York is exceptionnal. The hotel is about to finish a complet renovation projet. Our room was just renoveated and decorated. Everything was perfect. Childs loved the pool. The only reserve we have is the surroundings. Business offices only and few restaurant... but you have all of them just across the river...
“You get more than you pay”
The hotel location is great you have acces to bus, ferry, light rail in the walking distance. 25$ parking fee is not really very attractive. The rooms were clean every thing was better than our expectation, except the breakfasts, you pay a decent amount but the staff seems to forget that, they should be more frindly and welcoming...

“I will use this hotel again for sure”
I saved a bunch staying at this hotel. One 10 minute bus ride and you are at the port authority station, and the hotel is the first stop on the return trip back from Manhattan. This hotel made our trip.

Excellent location, great service, very clean & comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a very nice hotel with convenient transportation. The reception are very helpful. I will definitely come back again!
