The 16-story Royalton, A Morgans Original offers 168 guestrooms and suites. King and queen beds feature pillowtop mattresses, 300-thread-count white cotton sheets, and down comforters and pillows.
Slate bathrooms contain Starck's characteristic glass-and-chrome sinks and either glass-walled stall showers or five-foot-diameter soaking tubs. Agua by Korres Natural Products bath amenities are provided, as are slippers and robes.
Rooms also offer flat-screen HDTVs with cable channels and pay movies, MP3-docking stations, CD and DVD players, pay movies, and minibars. Two dual-line telephones with voice mail, and conference and speaker capability are available. Wireless Internet access (surcharge) and data ports are provided.
Fax machines, cellular telephones, and laptop computers are available upon request. Turndown service and a fire-lighting service which includes cocoa are offered.
Rollaway beds are offered for Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Loft Suites (subject to availability; surcharge). All rooms are nonsmoking.
Dining
Forty Four - Fine-dining restaurant/bar serving breakfast and lunch Monday–Friday, brunch Saturday-Sunday, dinner daily. Seasonal New American cuisine.
Room service is available from morning until late night.
Recreation
A sports club across the street from the Royalton, A Morgans Original offers discounts to hotel guests for its fitness center/work-out studio. Other Midtown New York athletic clubs offer swimming and racquet sports at their regular rates.
Central Park, 0.75 mile north, offers a variety of recreational opportunities, including ball fields, tennis courts, rowboat rentals, horseback riding, and miles of trails for hiking, biking, running, and in-line skating. Rockefeller Center's skating rink, four blocks away, opens in winter, as does Central Park's Wollman Rink. A golf driving range is located at the Chelsea Piers sports/entertainment complex 1.5 miles west of the Royalton.

“Would definitely recommend”
Highly impressed by the service; quality; size, cleanliness and look of room. Couldnt find a better location as it is right at the centre of it all - times square, broadway shows, shopping, etc. all within short walk. Drinks in lobby rather expensive. If you're looking for a hip, stylish, true new york city location thats reasonably affordable (for new york and for what you get), this is the place for you.

What a great hotel stay. Close to time square, very clean and professional. Stay was on point and was very accomodating. Will definitely stay here again. Awesome rooms.

“Best Hotel for Exploring NYC !”
The Royalton is a perfectly located hotel to explore NYC. Just off 5th Aevenue, it is only a very short walk (less than 2 minutes) to the shops and stores on 5th & 6th Avenues. The staff make you feel welcome and the bedrooms are a great retreat from a hard days shopping or sightseeing. It's an uber-cool hotel but surprisingly not intimidating or stuffy, you're just made to feel part of the hip and trendy crowd ! We'll definately be going back.
“Excellent hotel, convenient to Times Square”
The hotel room was a good size and larger than expected. We unexpectedly had a room with a balcony overlooking 43rd St. Only a few rooms have balconies and we enjoyed this "extra". The room and the hotel in general are decorated in a modern style which we liked very much. We were there for 6 nights and used the hotel as our base for exploring New York City's art museums and other sights (Empire State Building, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Circle Cruise). The hotel is very convenient for shows, just 2 blocks from Times Square.
“Excellent beyond Expectations”
I chose the Royalton because of its location only. What a great surprise I had when I arrived. It is beautiful, comfortable, clean and the personnel could not be more accommodating. I highly recommend it.
“would definitely go back”
The royalton was exaclty like it appears on the website. the room was great and I was surprised at how roomy it was. the bathroom was the best feature of the room and the beds were very comfy. I requested a quiet room and that's what I got. I wasn't disturbed once on my trip. every day when I returned the room was pristine with new toileteries. the staff were helpful though we hardly needed their assistance. The location was fantastic, managed to walk to most touristy places and the subway was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent hôtel idéalement situé : midtown à deux pas de Times Squares . La décoration est soignée et l'ambiance feutrée. Les chambres sont très confortables et les couchages un délice. Coup de coeur pour le lobby bar. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Très bon rapport qualité prix : un hôtel à faire à New York
“Parfait”
Hôtel parfait très proche de times square. Les chambres sont très belle et plutôt spacieuses. Nous retournerons très volontiers dans cet hôtel
