“My new favorite NYC hotel.”

Truly a wonderful experience. The rooms are large, clean and the beds are very comfortable. You will not find a better location for your midtown needs.

“Confortable accomodations in great locale”

Staying in times square was a great location for sight seeing. The hotel was conveniently located, had a warm, welcoming staff and a very confortable room. The concierge was very friendly and quite knowledgable, as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York for fun!!

This was a fantastic location - hotel was brilliant. We included breafkast as an addition in our stay which was a great. Views from the restaurant are over Times Square and the value of breakfast was brilliant.

“best of times square”

simply the best location as it is right on Times Square with a good restaurent that looks down over all the action. Room had been newly re furbished and had to have the biggest bed ever, but was still relatively quiet. Staff were really nice and very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone, who, like us, wanted a calm haven after a busy day.

A hotel where the lobby is on the 3rd floor, reception and concierge staff brilliant, views from restaurant over Times square, late departures accepted. very happy with our choice and would stay there next time in New York

“The best location can't wait to go back loved New York..”

The hotel has gone through a complete refurbishment, while we were there they still had a bit to do with the reception but that was it. The breakfast was the best I've ever had the room was immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful at all times. As a couple we wanted to do all the sights by walking quiet a bit & found the location was brilliant...

The Renaissance New York treated us like we were royalties. The hotel was so very well maintained and the staff were very helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for guest due to it's location and being in the heart of the action. Broadway is on one side and Seventh Ave. is on the other side. If you plan to be in New York on New Years Eve, this is the hotel to be in because the restaurant windows face the area where the New Year's ball falls. The Renaissance New York was the icing on the cake in regards to our Thanksgiving Holiday in New York City.

“Great Location”

Rooms were nice and newly remodeled. Location was perfect (right on Time Square) and within walking distance of everything that I wanted to see.

“Location, location, location”

We had a wonderful stay. Great staff esp. helpful were the concierges (w/ amazing tips) who went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Rooms were very clean w/ modern decorum. However, what stands out most is the wonderfully convenient location in the heart of times square. After touring the city or shopping, great making 'pitstops' at our hotel room due to it's ideal location. Lastly, times square view from hotel restaurant was outstanding (room views weren't however but we didn't care). Again, great experience, and I'd definately stay here again.
