“Thanks to Ravel Hotel my Best Aniversary”
I had the best experience with this hotel was my aniversary a surprise for my husband the personal in the hotel help me so much. I think this hotel is so practical you have the restaurant in the PH so you can have a romantic dinner after 11 is a disco nice DJ. Then you have a beautiful room with the view of Manhattan. I couldnt ask for more my husband was so happy with my surprise thanks to the Ravel Hotel. My rate 10.
“Great value. Fresh, light and bright”
Unbelievable value for New York. I made the walk from the subway to the hotel at 11:30 at night and it was well lit and unthreatening. The hotel room was clean, bright and refreshingly different in its decor. I do wish that the vanity mirror were in front of the sink rather than perpendicular to it. Staff was friendly and helpful.
“Accomodation Supreme”
Right up under the skirts of that magnificent and historical lady, The Queensboro Bridge, practically every room offers a spectacular view of the Manhattan Skyline. Staff every bit as spectacular as the wonderful scenery. The by-word to us seemed to be: accommodation. We ordered an on demand movie. Shortly after the start of an ondemand movie, someone was using an air-driven nail or staple gun in the hall outside our door. I leaned out and told the equipment operator how his operations made it hard to hear. Without hesitation, the guy looked up at me from his tools and said, “OK, no problem.” “Not a big deal,” you say? Right, that’s correct. ... but how many times have YOU approached someone for consideration and been met with “You’ll have to take it up with management.” It wasn’t a BIG deal, but it was done RIGHT. All the staff was just like that, from top to bottom, cafeteria, to desk clerk to management yea verily even to the parking lot: All interested in seeing that this family was happy with our stay. The neighborhood is historical. Long Island City is rich with history. Had we not been with our grandson, we would have been happy to party with the happy guests there. Maybe next time.
“Excellent hotel!”
“Excillent hotel”
I have visited this hotel on January the 06th 2009 for 5 days . the hotel was great. the staffs was really helpfull. the hotel is ideally located right next to manhattan and 5 min distance to subway. the hotel was neat and clean. i would definately stay here again. I would recommend anyone this hotel.
“DEFINATELY GOING BACK!”
This was a birthday gift to my boyfriend of 2 years. Booked the room the week before, and was anticipating our stay since there were mixed reviews online. Got there and immediately was in awe at our room. Wonderful bathroom design, including the glass encasements, and a beautiful view of the city and 59th St. bridge from our balcony. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable, and was used to its full capacity. Invited some friends to visit and they too tried to book that night, but hotel was full. Planning to return in a few weeks and can't wait!!! Also, the club was NOT THAT loud!!!
“we will go back !!”
very classy,very close to Manhattan..perfect !
“loved it”
its a really great hotel at first i was gonna stay for just one night but due to a hangover i ended up stayin 2 days and that was the best decision its a very nice place very clean service is on point they have a little car service to take you wherever you like i was very comfortable wish i didnt have to leave the area is kinda ugly but the hotel is great though... especially at night with a loved one with the blinds up looking out the balcony from your bed and seein the city lights and the water
“Unusual, but I'll go again”
Break down the walls and reinvent the hotel room... with a bathtub center stage. Comfortable, Contemporary and Luxurious. I liked it!
“amazing hotel!”
This was an amazing boutique hotel. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very modern. The lounge/rest. area upstairs was great and the views were great. There is not much going on in the area but the city is literally 2 min. away and you can see it from the hotel.
