This is a great hotel for the money. We were well treated and everything worked. Desk staff was friendly. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN! We heard some negative feedback before the stay, but I just didn't see it -Believe it. For the money , this hotel rocked. I will stay here again.

“Adequate - Easy bus ransit into New York”

The hotel and room were clean, the continental breakfast was better than most, the location saved me money by offering easy bus transit into New York while I left my vehicle safe in this parking lot.

“Pretty good bang for the buck!”

we searched for days for a hotel that had a decent swimming pool, and was not looking to swim in our pockets. This hotel fit the bill very well. It was ok, but when you consider the price, and the pool, that was very well maintained, I couldn't find anything better. Those days we visited were hot, but the AC was there kicking it strong! Beds were big and comfortable, and the surrounding area that the hotel was located was quite. We enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to return, knowing we can spend the extra cash on other things!

“Average hotel but the location is great for commuting to NYC”

We booked the hotel primarily because of the reviews and the availability at that time. This is an average hotel that could do with some improvements. The room smelled damp but that damp smell went away over time during our stay. The hotel amenities list a microwave in each room but our didn;t have any. We requested one but were told that the hotel was sold out so they couldn't move us to another to another room and didn't have a microwave to move to our room. The sheets were clean and the generally the room was clean. The location is great if you want to take public transport to NYC. There is a but stop just outside the hotel with a bus to New York roughly every 20 minutes. And it only takes 20 minutes for the bus to reach Port Authority in New York. We were in NYC most of the time and used to get back to hotel to crash. Breakfast was ok.

It's fine for the price if you need to stay in that area.

“Ok for a one night stay”

The hotel staff was very nice and extreamly helpful. The room needed a little extra attention. The bed was uncofortable and the bathroom had a lot of mildew. Also the vending machine stole my money.

my room is clean but there is so noise at night that i can not sleep for two night .i donot know where it is from . it seem like from ac.when i book taxi,the staff gave us wrong price,we argued with the taxi drive at airport.

“Medieval Times Fun - No Way”

Thinking of staying overnight and having a family night at Medieval Times - do not pick this motel. I got there at 3:30pm when check in is 2:00pm. The room wasn't ready until 4:00pm. We go to the room and it was not cleaned. We wait another 1/2 hour. There was no available manager and the front desk was not helpful. The hotel looks exactly like a motel, from the room, to the hallway, and to the trucks in the parking lot. I regret the stay.
