“Très contents”

Hôtel très confortable dans un quartier plutôt calme (on dort sans boules Quies). Chambre très propre, salle de bains bien équipée. Lit super confortable face à un grand écran plat. On apprécie la cafetière pour le premier café du matin. (Mini) espace Internet bien équipé qui en plus dispose d'une imprimante. Ceci nous a permis de faire notre enregistrement par Internet pour le vol du retour (Air France) et d'imprimer nos cartes d'accès à bord, ce qui fait gagner du temps à l'aéroport. Deux stations de metro à proximité de l'hôtel, restos, supermarchés etc. A conseiller sans hésitation.

“On the Ave is On the Money!”

I needed a convenient midtown hotel for a mother/daughter jaunt to the city. I found On the Ave to be clean, chic, and very well-maintained. The staff were courteous and professional. The hotel itself has many selling points. Close to the shops, fantastic restaurants, and two rooftop decks where my friends gathered to catch up and have a glass of wine before we hit the town. I will definitly return!

“Un hôtel de classe d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix”

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre élégant de cet hôtel, à une exception près: la qualité du petit-déjeuner proposé par le restaurant partenaire. Une adresse précieuse pour ceux qui apprécient le calme, tout en ayant la possibilité d'être dans la frénésie de Time square en 10 minute, en métro.Nous avons apprécié la proximité des delis sur Broadway .

“Great hotel, great location”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very central location, nice room, very helpful staff. The one critical comment is the bathroom. The pedestal sink provides no space for one's toiletries. I would definitely return to this hotel.

close to it all 2 blocks from the subway station 3 blocks from central park 3blocks from riverside park nice area to walk around at night some good late night restaurants within 1 block

“Good value and good location”

I would recommend this hotel. We had a large room with 2 double beds and a new, large bathroom. Staff were very helpful when we checked in and checked out. The Museum of Natural History is close by and the subway is convenient to use.

“A hidden treasure on the Upper West Side”

My husband and I were very satisfied and delighted with our stay at OTA. We booked it to celebrate New Year's Eve and for a romantic getaway. The room was decorated in contemporary style, small (although spacious by NY standards), and very cozy. The shower facility(floor-ceiling-marble tile) was the most luxurious experience each morning. We could not believe how spacious it and simply marvelous. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. The hotel itself was just a hidden treasure off of West Broadway. The interior was modern and lovely. We would truly recommend OTA to all our friends and family. Lincoln Center, Central Park were all within walking distance from the hotel. We had a wonderful time in NYC!
