Café Nicole - Spacious, two-level restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Times Square and Theater District. American favorites, including wide selection of seafood. Classic New York desserts such as Carnegie Cheesecake and "The Big Apple" pie. Open daily for full American buffet breakfast, and à la carte lunch and dinner. Outdoor seating on heated Sky Deck facing the bright lights of Broadway.
Broadway Lounge - Located off lobby. Dramatic cobalt-blue, floor-to-ceiling curtains. Wine, beer, cocktails, light fare. Open nightly.
Recreation
The Novotel New York - Times Square's 24-hour fitness center offers treadmills, exercise bikes, stair machines, and weight machines, as well as TVs, a scale, and complimentary fresh fruit and energy bars.
Central Park, seven blocks north, encompasses 843 acres of meadows, woods, cliffs, ravines, gardens, paths, and lakes in an emerald setting. Popular walking and running routes include Central Park Drive (closed to traffic during scheduled hours) and the path around the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir. The Loeb Boathouse, on a 20-acre lake, offers rowboat and bicycle rentals. “Hôtel Novotel Times Square - Lieu idéal dans Manhattan”
Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé, proche de différentes lignes de métro, en plein Times Square, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de Central Park. Le personnel parle souvent français, et un point comptoir renseignement très pratique si on veut des infos sur la ville (véhicule, monuments, etc.) Seul petit point négatif, quoi que très bon et une vue incroyable, le petit déjeuner un petit peu chère. Je le conseil réellement.

Almost everything about this hotel is perfect, but we are particularly charmed by the staff, all of whom are cheerful, pleasant and helpful. However, do not wander into the gift shop unless you're prepared to purchase, since the clerk gets extremely annoyed when you leave empty-handed! There's a great little bar for an evening nightcap with friendly service and decent prices - but if you breakfast in the hotel make sure you order off the menu since the buffet is ridiculously priced, even by NYC standards! Perfect location for first-time visitors, since it's walking distance to everything touristy.

The Novotel is near everything and the hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant are wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is a perfect way to start the day--fabulous and totally worth the extra daily rate. Heidi

“Great Hotel, Great Location, Will go back again!!”
Clean hotel with friendly staff in the heart of NYC! The hotel is a little old, but very clean. We had a room with a King size bed and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. The location could not be any better, right in the heart of broadway, 1 block north of times square. Great place to stay!! Would recommend to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Euro style property. The staff was friendly upon arrival, the room was ready for check in and we were able to enjoy a view of Times Square. We also enjoyed the location of this property as it was located in the Times Square vicinity which allowed us to shop and dine as we made our way to the Theater.

Were delighted with the location, the warmth of welcome, the room, its cleanliness, the wonderfully enormous bed(the most comfortable ever!), the view, the location, the proximity of eating places, theatres, the lights!! I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and everything about our stay. Thank you Expedia for your organisation!
