“Excellent rapport qualité prix”
Très bon acceuil, très propre
“Can't wait to go back”
The hotel is simple but clean and staffed with fantastic and reactive people. Equally important it is located near the subway in a residential area of Manhattan which gives you the chance to have a taste of real local life. I strongly recommend for those whose budget is tight and want to experience real New York while not compromising on quality of accomodation, service and safety.
“Doing NYC, then this is a great place to stay.”
I did 5 days in NYC with my wife & brother. This was a great hotel for the price, to sleep, shower, do laundry, & be our base as we explored NYC.
“Simplicity”
If you are looking for a nice place to sleep and rest while in Manhattan, this is a very simple, no frills place to stay. I was happy with my experience. If you are a simple person who can adjust, then you will be alright. If you are looking to be pampered and spoiled, you may want to find another place. For the great price, what you see is what you get!
On recommande!
“Satisfied”
The hotel was in a fab location, 5 min walk to subway which we used all the time, we purchased a week subway ticket for 27 dollar which made travelling around very easy. 103 st was just a few stops from all the important sight seeing spots. The room was clean, towels changed whilst we were there, bed comfortable, staff very friendly, found it very quiet and cosy, I would have no problems staying here again if I went back to New York.
“Bang For Your Buck”
It isn't the Plaza but you know what that was ok w/us. Perfect location, it couldn't get any better. Everything is right around the corner, good restaurants and all. The staff was very helpful, always willing to answer any and all questions. The rooms are definiately not the best but for a tourist itching to see the city it is perfect. It's a place to get some sleep and keep going. When I return to NYC I'll be returning to The Morningside Inn. And by the way the manager isn't a monster as some make him out to be.
