5/5 Excellent
"Awesome place to stay and close to Time square with the Time square view from the room. Breakfast included was just about right included in hotel price. Will stay there again. Parking was quiet expensive (no validated parking from hotel was separate company dealing with parking) but was worth having the valet parking for convenience. "

"Excellent location, close to main attractions and public transport. Customer service wasn't bad, reception could do a bit better to be a bit more friendlier at times... Depends who you talk to. "
