Verte close to airport

Hotel staff was not very friendly, especially the front desk. The rooms were dusty, we sneezed the whole time we were there

There was a staff member named Paul who was very kind and helpful to me and my family. He helped us get around NYC much easier. There should be more "Pauls" around.

Pros: close to our concert site
Cons: customer service needs brushup course

I paid for 2 full breakfasts, and my husband checked us in. When we went to breakfast server asked for vouchers. Husband went to front desk while I waited at our table and front desk said it's not included. I had to leave my table in embarrassment, and go up to our room to show them my receipt that said "Includes full breakfast for 2." No apologies from the staff - they just handed us our vouchers. They need some training on customer service.

Very clean rooms and close to the airport.

Staff is wonderful. They had rooms available so they checked us in early. The airport shuttle driver was very helpful with our bags and very friendly.

The hotel & staff was awesome!!! They are doing renovations which would only improve the overall hotel appearance.

Overnight stay and whie short was excellent

Staff very helpful and room very nice. Room was as shown on website and bathroom very large for a hotel.
