“Nice”

Really nice, clean and comfortable. Airport pickup service is shared with another hotel, so their name is not on the list, need to ask for additional help.

“Hotel good but far”

The hotel itself was very nice. Friendly staff ready to help. The room was clean and we had no problem during our stay. The only thing would be the location if you wish to visit Manhattan. It's a little far. There is a bus shuttle to go to the subway station from the hotel. The problem is late at night there is no taxi and only one bus that goes back to the hotel every half hour.

“heaven on the 7th floor”

The staff was a mixed bunch. Some were very helpfull and seemed to enjoy their job, some were just waiting out their time. This was explained when two days after our return the staff went on strike. We arrived just after the snowstorm, and the restaurant did not have much food, but they made do, the service was friendly. Alsi, if you manage to be on the 7yh floor, breakfast is included and there are appetizers served in the evening. The rooms are spacious on that floor . The shuttle did not operate as it was stuck in the snow, and it was very difficult to get a taxi. (the taxi called by the congierge would have charged us double $ to bring us to downtown, it had no counter indicating the fare, be carefull ! The parking was covered, so that was a nice bonus, as the streets were full of uncleared snow. Yes, to return to, but only to the 7th floor, the other floor ($th that we saw, had a crummy bathroom), also, we noted that some rooms had no window looking out, but overlooking the lobby. Specia;. The swimming pool water looked clean, but the steps surrounding it were full of milddew. Not surprising, the employee was on his phone the whole time, he had no time to clean whatsoever.
