“Classic Elegance in NYC at an unbeatable price!”

This hotel was beautiful. Staying there was an elegant relaxing experience. The bed and linens were divine. The wall mounted big screen was wonderful. We had everything at our fingertips. The location was great, Central Park South, within walking distance of everything. The room and hotel were gorgeous, remniscant of the 1920's charming Art Deco style. In the lobby an exotic flower table filled with red roses greeted us upon arrial, with the elegant backdrop of marble and dark hard woods everywhere. We will definitely return to this hotel! Jumeirah is an undiscovered enclave right in the heart of the City. The service, food, and room service were excellent! We have high stress lives so to get away from it all in a high intensity city and feel the quiet luxury of our surroundings was indeed an escape. We had individualized, customized service with exceptional friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend staying at the Jumeirah Hotel. This hotel booked through Expedia was a remarkable value.

“Excellent service with a great location”

I was wary trying a new hotel and was very pleased with the service. On arrival my deluxe room had a strong smell of smoke in the room. I immediately asked for a change of room and my request was met immediately. My new room was very good and a better view. The concierge was great in recommending restaurants and introduced me to what is now my favourite pizzeria in NY - you must try Trattoria Del Arte - The breakfast room in the hotel was great - service immaculate and excepionally helpful. I would definitely come back again.

“Worth Every Star”

This hotel is as nice as the photos, which is rare. Great location, friendly staff and service. Rooms were comfy and well appointed. TV was a flat screen with actual HD channels (so many hotels have flat screens with all analog channels which is annoying). Hotel bar was a bit expensive but very nice. Highly recommended!

“Loved this hotel!”

The location couldn't have been better; right across from Central Park, an easy walk to Times Square and the famous 5th Avenue shops are just very close too. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! We can't wait to return!

“Nice renovations”

Everything about the hotel was very nice. A little tip is that the lights are controlled on the touch screen phone and on the tv. If you try to turn off the lights without using them, they will come back on. Hotel is very close to subway stops and a short walk to 5th ave, broadway theaters, columbus circle, and of course, central park. One negative was that there was maintenance on the water pipes while we were there. Our water was turned off for one night and we did not get a warning until late in the evening.
