“Good hotel”

It was good for the price we had. Good location near Central Park, metro. I wish i had clean bathroom but everything else was good. I definetly recommend this hotel.

“Pretty good for the cost”

Concidering the pretty cheap price, this hotel was a lot nicer than you'd expect. The room was always clean and tidy, and nice enough for the amount of time you'd spend in it. The private bathroom was tiny, but did the job, and the fridge was vital during a summer stay. The only problem was the air conditioning, which made it too noisy to sleep but without it, it's far too hot to sleep. So overall it's a good choice for a budget trip.

“Bon hôtel séjour longue durée.”

Séjour très sympathique dans cet hôtel de 7 nuits minimum. Personnel serviable en majorité (Ca depend un peu sur qui on tombe, seule une ou deux personnes sont un peu froides). L'hotel est situé à 3 minutes seulement du métro et à 5 min d'un starbucks, très appréciable surtout en hiver ! Notre chambre était un peu petite et surtout très chauffée (un peu trop d'ailleurs même avec -1 degré dehors !) Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Hôtel très propre et en cours de rénovation (pas d'inquiétudes, aucun bruit). A conseiller aux voyageurs qui recherchent un bon rapport qualité prix !

This hotel is a great location! Close to both Riverside park as well as Central Park. Very short walk to some really great places to eat, I am all for someplace that close to BIG NICKS BURGERS!!!! Room itself was pretty big I was surprised however, was kind of disappointed by the water issue. The water was constantly changing temperature. I don't know how many times I either froze or got scalded. Not only that the first time I tried to shower I had to open all the taps for like 30-40 min to get water actually flowing then for it to run clear. I assume it was because of the room being on the eighth fl and not being used for awhile. Employees not horrid but not the friendliest, one guy that worked at the front desk was helpful, maid service was decent. All around wonderful location more than makes up for the small annoyances. On-site laundry is a plus but make sure you have a 5 dollar bill to buy the laundry card!! You have to pay 5 for the card then put at least 5 on the card to use machines but one load total to wash and dry is 4 so you loose a dollar. You do get the 5 back that was pd for card when you return it to front desk though..... Internet access was easy just had to get cord from front desk then leave it with them at check out

hotel un peu viellot mais bien situe chambre petite et tres bruyante.personnel de l'hotel souriant et serviable;eviter la navette aeroport hotel,nous avons du attendre 1 heure apres 6 HEURES D'attente a detroit!!!!

“Un bon compromis à NYC”

Hotel très correct à NYC quand on connait les prix !!! J'avais un lit double+TV+internet+kitchenette (frigo-µondes) et sdb. C'est fonctionnel mais pas de première fraîcheur. Ménage succint tous les jours et plus complet toutes les semaines (pas de séjour de moins d'une semaine). Personnel très serviable à n'importe quelle heure.

This hotel is less exepnsive than the others and it is great. Rooms are confortable even if there is no coffee maker and no refrigerator. Wifi is expensive.

“Great value for location”

Man at the front desk allowed us to check-in about 3 hours early. That was pretty cool. The building is old but decently maintained. I grew up in New York so I was used to the look and feel of older buildings so I didn't mind. Clean room, friendly staff. Location is fab!!! Saved a small fortune on food due to mini fridge and microwave. Not a luxury spot but well worth the price. Be warned. They will freeze $200 on your credit card for security. This was suposed to come off at check-out but actually came off much sooner which made me happy.
