“Hotel on Rivington”
Very funky hotel, great location, and an incredible room. Very impressed.
“great location”
very cool room, loved the black and red. big room for a new york hotel. great bathroom and bath products. bed very comfortable. accomodating staff.
“Excellent hotel in excellent location”
I had a high floor, corner room, at the front of the hotel, giving me a view up through Manhattan that was breathtaking - and from the side floor to ceiling windows, a view down to the Brooklyn Bridge and Financial District. The room was spacious, with a seating area, and the comfiest of beds - well needed after days of sightseeing in Manhattan. The staff were very pleasant and helpful on the few occasions I needed their help. I would certainly recommend this hotel and hope I'll be visiting it again one day.
“The Place to Be”
Great location, hotel staff service great the comfort of the king bed was "just what you need",the only concern i had, and i was looking foward to having a drink on the rooftop, it advertises this on the website.Overall would highly recommend.

“My first chioce when we return”
Great place to stay. Rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and went out of there way to make our stay outstanding. The good thing is our room had a great street view. The bad thing was we were on the third floor, the noise all night kept us tossing and turning. Next time we'll ask to go higher or in the back of the building. We found the place we're going to stay from now on
“L.E.S HIDDEN GEM”
This hotel was a great location as it was in the heart of the L.E.S. Close to great bars such as Pianos, Cakeshop & Libation. That aside, most of the staff were absolutely helpful, friendly and pleasant. The hotel in fact has a club/bar downstairs as well which is both convenient and nice. The lobby staff aren't the friendliest but they are helpful and competent. The rest of the staff are immensely welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel atmosphere itself is also very modern with nice furnishings and very well maintained.
“Lots of atmosphere and a great find”
Wasn't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprise. Great location, easy access to the subway and lots of restaurants in and around the area. Was a younger crowd and loud so if you aren't into that you may not like it. We stayed on the 5th floor and looked out to the front of the hotel. People are right that the hotel has a club in it that is quite busy. We didn't mind hearing the crowds and the music at night, it wasn't that loud and if the window was closed it was pretty quiet. If you like complete silence then the lower floors aren't for you. Also, there were line-ups to get into the club but every night when we got back to the hotel we just walked up and the bouncer let us right in to get to our room, no problem. The staff was very nice and helpful (ie: getting bags to the room, getting you a cab, getting you reservations at restaurants etc.) Room was very spacious with a large washroom and steam shower. The bed was a memory foam thing and was very comfortable. Overall had a great time and for the price would definately stay there again.
“Former NYE visits LES”
The Hotel on Rivington was very hip and conveniently located to everything we were interested in doing! The thumping music from the club on the first floor may be annoying to some, but being on the 5th floor and exhausted from fun times in NYC, we barely noticed once we were in our room. Some may also be self conscious about the clear glass window in the shower, overlooking the alley, but we quickly got over that too. The bedtime snacks were tasty! I would definitely stay there again!
“Great Location, Great Hotel, Great Value!”
If you're interested in going to Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy, this hotel is in walking distance to all of these places. It is clean, trendy and I got a great deal on Expedia. They bring you yummy homemade cookies during their turndown service. Would Highly recommend it!
