Parking is a joke, and staff doesn't care. Uhaul in the back is very noisy starting at 7 in the morning. But the rooms themselves are nice and fairly clean

tout le personnel était très sympathique; le chauffage dans la chambre était très bruyant et ne s'arrêtait pas automatiquement.

Let's start where I arrived 1 hours AFTER my check in time and still had to wait 40 minutes to get checked in because 'Your Room Isn't Ready". Needless to say that two receptionists had no problem displaying their friendship while myself and my wife wait after a 5 hour drive. Room Service - non-existent...I came home one night after and event we attended - Receptionists was KNOCKED OUT at the desk. I called for ice service and was told, 'I gotchu", after calling at least 4 times he answered. I waited 10 minutes for ice and nothing. I decided to go downstairs, and the receptionist was KNOCKED OUT - I tried to wake him up and he was literally sleep talking...I got concerned, and asked if he was OK after he finally got up. I got my ice and went to my room - 6am the next morning, Monday, I wake up to banging as the hotel is under construction. This has got to be the 2nd most GHETTO hotel I have ever stayed in...and my 1st was when I was 20 y/o located in Manhattan! Spend more and go to a place with some type of good manners and class!

staff were excellent and helped to resolve several tourist related issues for us. Location convenient for Brooklyn, Manhattan and easily reached by subway from JFK. Felt very safe in this area but construction work is going on which starts up early in the morning and facilities are tired, albeit clean.

Was a decent stay, really comfy and cozy but the sheets dispense a lot of lint into the atmosphere and unto your clothing which can be a bit annoying at times and can make you sneeze if entered into the nasal cavity.
