“Ideal base from which to explore New York City”

Friends recommended the 30/30, so after looking at some reviews online, booked 4 nights. Staff very friendly and willing to help (if you have an early checkout hours before a flight home, just ask and they will store your luggage for you until you have to leave for the airport -gives you a few more hours for last minute shopping/sight seeing). Room well appointed and seviced daily, clean and tidy. Try the Zana bar and restaurant attached to the hotel - great for breakfast and drinks at the end of a busy day in the 'city'. Would definitely go back.

There is't any free parkingplace and it is quite expencive.

“Big Room”

We stayed in an Executive Room for a reasonable price. It was huge by Manhattan standards. Good Service and convenient location.

Small but great. I would stay here again. Don't expect a great big room but do expect that everything in the room is done pretty well.

Bed was comfy and the linens and pillows were really nice. Room was very clean and nicely setup. Location is great...convenient to many things and easy mass transit connections to the 6 line and Grand Central.

“EXCELLENT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE AND IN EXCELLENT LOCATION”

Stayed late November for 4 nights. I booked a petite single through Expedia and on arrival at 1.30am the Concierge could see how tired I was and upgraded me to a Queen room! Being a woman on my own I felt very safe at this hotel as there was 24 hour security and the front dest was always manned. Rooms bigger than your New York standard size, nice, clean and super comfortable bed! The front desk and doorman was always willing to help you to navigate your way around the city. The hotel is 1 block from the Subway which I found really convenient. The area that this hotel is located in is quiet but I felt safe walking around at night on my own. The hotel has a gorgeous restaurant/bar attached to it, beside the front entrance. The food was brilliant and prices really reasonable. Also, there is 2 delis either end of the block and across the road a superb restaurant/bar with great food, ambience, prices etc. A block away is a few fast food outlets, MacDonalds etc. There is 3 Internet computers in the lobby and an ATM. I really loved my stay at this hotel and will definitely be returning to stay again on my next visit!!!!!

Great place to stay, walking distance to Times Square and the Empire State Building. No bed bugs ! have a wonderful stay!!
