“Good Surprise!”

I have been surprised by the excellent service, the localisation and the decoration of my room and lobby. Room was a little small but it's OK as we spent most of our time outside, enjoying New York. Will certainly go back again, and recommend this hotel with no hesitation!

“Excellent Location - can't wait to go back”

The location is brilliant, easy to walk to Empire State Building, Times Square, in fact every where was easy to get to from there - it's an ideal location and will definately stay there again. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about New York, including booking tours, taxis and giving advice. The rooms are comfortable and clean, why pay huge prices when you are hardly in it. I would totally recommend it to anybody. Bar across the road is really good as well, very busy and friendly.

“Nice Manhattan Experience”

Hotel is conveniently located on 30th and Madison. You can avoid Midtown congestion, while still being close to many attractions. Surrounding neighborhoods are safe and friendly (Flatiron, Grammercy, Murray Hill, etc.). Pleasant hotel experience as lobby is clean and service was friendly. Rooms are clean and nice-sized. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to others.

“Great price. Sooo clean!”

My friend and I stayed at the Thirty Thirty for one night after finding it on-line (and in our price range.) The location is quiet with lots of what-you-need in the neighborhood (i.e. drug store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.) The friendly front desk informed us that the subway is only 1 block away, but the tourist sites are a nice walk. Our room was small (2 twin beds, closet, not a lot of floor space) as expected but the bathroom was surprisingly large. Our room was directly across from the elevator, but with the AC on we heard nothing from the hall. The lobby, the elevators, and our room were all immaculately clean. I will most definitely stay at the Thirty Thirty again!

“30/30 gets a 100 out of 100”

The website said this was a 3 star hotel. When I arrived they gave me a free upgrade to the executice suite. The room was huge, 2 queen size comfortable beds, a desk - coffee table - couch - high def TV, and enough room to have a small baseball game. The bathroom was awesome, and the shower stall was big and roomy with plenty of water pressure. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly. Clearly get's a 4 star in my book.

“Modest but pretty rooms, nice lobby”

The hotel is pretty and well-kept. The rooms are kind of 60ties yet modern style and not fancy but definitely has its own style. Everything is clean, and the location is great.
