“Pleasant Experience”

Did not request but received an upgrade. Not sure what we were upgraded from, as the rooms are all small, but it was a pleasant and comfortable room. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others as well as stay there again on our next trip to NYC.

“Great Hotel, First class staff and Great Location”

Firstly the hotel is in a great location. Its close to Macy's, Empire State Building, and also the Metro. We used taxi's around the city. It was more convenient and not that expensive.Secondly the front office staff were fantastic. Friendly and always went out of their way to help us out. ( Andrea'- great guy.) Anytime i wanted a taxi , the young guy at the door rang out and got me one in 1 minute flat! Coffee is all day and night in the foyer. Lots of places to have breakfast around the hotel. Keep away from the two restaurents in front of the hotel. The Bar in the hotel is a real cosy place and drinks were reasonable too. The hotel mini bar in the room was not working but they did bring me one as i needed to store some items. Dont forget to go to Century21 - the department store downtown. Great buys! I will definitley go back to Hotel Chandler. Give it a try, you wont be dissapointed.

We found everything at the hotel to be excellent.The staff were friendly and very accommodating to anything we required.We would recommend this hotel to our friends and will stay there again

“NYC Gem”

We were quite pleased on entering the hotel lobby. Quite wel kept and up-to-date furnishings. The staff were very firendly and professional. We would return here in a minute. The location is not very close to Times Square, but a is just a cab ride to any tourist destination. High marks from us!

“Staying here if I ever get a chance to go back to NYC!”

Even though the hotel was in the middle of renovation, I was still very impressed.!! Plus, the hotel gave nice amenities (i.e. free continental breakfast) to compensate. The location was awesome!! The room (junior suite) was more spacious than I expected. Also, the staff was courteous and quite helpful.

“Fantastic Little Hotel!”

Wonderful affordable boutique hotel perfectly located near Empire State Building. Rooms are beautifully appointed. The beds are so comfortable. Larger people may find the bath room a tad small but nicely designed with a rain shower head. The Chandler offers all the nice "little" things other hotels charge a small fortune for. A real nice touch is the complimentary coffee and tea bar in the lobby. I was totally pleased with this hotel. The Chandler is a winner.

“Excellent Choice in NY for Business travelers”

The only upset in Chandler Hotel is that rooms are not big and space for moving in the room are limited. However, who needs space at hotel room when in NY? I would rather staying in Chandler Hotel next time i am in NY than any other hotel i stayed at in the past.

“Very impressed”

Excellent localization, friendly staff, clean, confortable and silent. I had a health problem and the staff promptly contacted a doctor and the problem was solved in the best way possible. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

l'hôtel Chandler est situé à deux pas de l'Empire State Building, dans une rue très calme. Très bon accueil de la part de tout le personnel. Une adresse à conserver pour une prochaine escapade à New York.
