This New York City hotel has 47 small (100-square-foot) guestrooms in a seven-story building sandwiched between other buildings; window views are close-ups of adjacent walls. DVD/CD players offer entertainment.
Bathrooms contain glass-sided stall showers (no tubs) and pedestal sinks. Aveda toiletries and bathrobes are provided. A sports club three doors from Hotel 41 offers discounts to hotel guests for its fitness center/work-out studio. Other athletic clubs nearby offer swimming and racquet sports at their regular rates.
Central Park, one mile north, offers a variety of recreational opportunities, including ball fields, tennis courts, rowboat rentals, horseback riding, and miles of trails for hiking, biking, running, and in-line skating. Rockefeller Center's skating rink, nine blocks away, opens in winter, as does Central Park's Wollman Rink. A golf driving range is located at Chelsea Piers 1.25 miles west of the hotel.

“Hotel 41”
The service was impeccable from the maid service lovingly placing my daughter's dolls on the newly made bed to storing our bags for nearly a whole day after checkout to flagging down a cab 2 blocks away, we have nothing but good things to say about this great, and great-valued find!

my daughter and i went to do some shopping, as soon as our taxi pulled up, the doorman/bellman was outside assisting. our room was changed because we asked for a larger one. the entire staff was accommodating and friendly. hotel 41 is the best!
“Very good, clean, comfortable, friendly hotel”
Our stay here was excellent, the rooms were very clean and modern and the staff were very helpful. We were given a room on the 2nd floor to begin with, but this was above the bar and very noisy. The next day we asked to change rooms and the staff were very helpful, gave us a room on the 6th floor instead which was much better. After this our stay was excellent. It was also good to get breakfast. Very pleased overall, I would definately go back here, especially as the location was perfect too, within walking distance of nearly everything!
“Great hotel in a great location”
The hotel was really lovely and in a great location. The local subway stations and bus stops were within a couple of minutes walk of the hotel. There was a complimentary breakfast which was a bonus and unusual for New York. The only downside was that there was no view from our bedroom window as we looked out at a wall.

A perfectly positioned hotel, very clean and comfortable, service was of a high standard, would definately recommend this hotel to others, close enough to all the main attractions, but quiet enough to give you a decent break. Great value for money.
“Stay at Times Square”
OK, I don't usually write these. However, this stay was wonderful. We went to NYC to stay near the Theatre District and attend Broadway shows (we saw 6 in 5 days!). This hotel was PERFECT for us as we could WALK to and from all the theatres we attended. Know the rooms are small BUT comfortable. The staff was super. They responded to questions and gave us all the assistance we needed. We enjoyed the bar on the 1st floor every night for happy hour. The coffee was always available. We had a great stay!
“Good location, good prices!”
This hotel was right in the heart of times square, very handy as we saw shows every night we were there. Complimentary breakfast is not too bad for a quick nibble in the morning. The rooms are small but we were only in there to sleep and it was comfortable and clean and that's the main thing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
“Highly recommend it”
Hotel 41 was clean, neat, safe, and staffed by friendly people. The room was small but lovely. We didn't need anything bigger. Its view was a brick wall but that was ok. The air conditioner worked really well (and it was very hot and humid outside); the linens were attractive and clean; the bathroom was gorgeous in its design; and the room was quiet. We did not hear our neighbors. My only complaint was that the sink and shower in the bathroom did not drain well, and that the bar downstairs (Bar 41) got very rowdy when we were there for a late dinner on a Saturday night. I would not go to Bar 41 if you want a quiet dinner. Loud music and loud people made it difficult to enjoy our food. On the other hand, Bar 41 was transformed into a lovely setting for a continental breakfast on the following morning. A totally different ambience prevailed. All in all, we tremendously enjoyed our stay at Hotel 41, and highly recommend it.
