The location was great; you had to pay $25 a night for a “hotel” fee. House-keeping was optional and had to be requested. There was a sign in the door that said not to inhabit the building by because of some health code violation or permit, I took a pic of the sign. It was really nice to have croissants and bananas in the morning and it’s right across the street from a Starbucks! Overall it was adequate.

The most important it was a very clean hotel.They offer breakfast .You can walk 5 min to Times Square .Metro/train station/buses are everywhere next to hotel.Best location.the staff was very good and friendly

The room had litter all around the floor of my room and there was hair in the shower when I arrived. Besides that, it’s a pretty standard hotel room on the smaller side. The internet isn’t the best. A pretty average hotel.

The property was nice, the location was perfect, right next to the Times Square. The only issue was the breakfast, they called it a breakfast, but there was only tea, coffee, juice and croissant.

We like its convenient location, just a block away from Times Square. And it's safe even though walking in late night. Room is a bit small when you open 2 suitcases. The small lobby which also serves as breakfast room is too pack too.

We enjoyed our overnight stay however you get what you pay for. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was extremely small. We had a hard to using the toilet due to it being so close to the shower. So for a plus size women like myself it was very uncomfortable. The room was smaller than I thought but it was very clean, the hotel was very clean. Customer service could have been better from the men. They didn't greet me, when I spoke they just looked at me and continued walking in the back. Overall it served its purpose.

This hotel is in a GREAT location-close to Times Square and many other NYC attractions, Broadway, and restaurants all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, but small. However, we didn’t spend much time in our room, so that wasn’t an issue. We appreciated the complimentary croissants and juice for breakfast, as we didn’t think breakfast was included. That was a nice surprise! The staff was welcoming and pleasant. If we visit NYC again, we’d definitely stay here again.

This midtown NYC location is very convenient. The only downside during my visit was that one elevator was inoperative during my entire visit. This made for long wait times.

Good location and reasonable prices, however the hallways were very loud at night all we could hear by was doors slamming and barely got any sleep. Also right after we checked in the hotel gave another couple the same room and they walked right in on us getting ready to go out to dinner. Definitely an experience and could have been much worse if we weren’t there and people had access to our room without our knowledge. It was embarrassing for both parties and should be a way to prevent this “accident” from happening again.

Really liked the property, rooms are small but it’s nyc so it’s standard. Loved that the door is locked and need key to get in when it’s late or even in the morning times. Thankful they were able to keep our bags for us when we arrived and was able to get an early check in as well. Definitely would stay here again and the prices weren’t bad

The facility was nice, clean, the service was professional and welcoming. If you drive a personal vehicle, make sure that once you park it in the garage you bring the parking receipt back to the person at the front desk. Get them to put their discount sticker on the back of that parking receipt. It will save you some money.
