“Mom and daughter's excellent spring break adventure”

Loved the Hilton Club! Great service, made it very easy with happy hour snacks and breakfast. They could not have been nicer and the location can't be beat-- we grabbed the subway behind the hotel and changed our plans to walk the block over to MOMA. Also room very comfortable with a great bed/mattress and plenty of room . I will definitely go back!

“Great location, zillions of teenagers on group tours”

Lobby very congested, full of screaming teenagers on various tours, literally hundreds of them . Elevators took forever and were packed - even to the club floors. Once on Club floors, life was good. Breakfast a bit sparse...ditto the afternoon hors d'oeuvres. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

“Hilton Good and Bad”

The main hotel area was too big and too busy. The lobby was like Grand Central Station. The two club floors were much better if only we could have avoided the rest of the hotel to get to them. Room service was very good and hotel position in mid town was great.
