Staff were absolutely fantastic - extremely helpful and always accommodating in every detail - the breakfast was great and we always looked forward to the freshly baked cookies in the afternoon - especially after a whole day of walking and sightseeing

Great hotel. Location was perfect. Staff excellent. Room clean and quiet. Only negative that I could even find was the slow elevators and there were only two of them. We ended up taking the stairs quite often.

“Lovey Hotel in great area of Chelsea”

This hotel was perfectly positioned for our stay in New York. It is very near many points of interest, quite a few within walking distance. There is also subway station nearby. Although the room itself was a little small for our family of four, it was still a clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was good, with quite a bit of choice. The 24 hour Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate was a welcome treat after a days exploring - a very nice touch. There were quite a few places to eat nearby - especially great was the Chelsea Wholefoods Supermarket. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Loved it.”

REALLY had a great stay. Rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. I would stay again. My friend stayed at the Hotel Pennsylvania and paid more for the toilet accommodations she stayed in. We were more than happy at the Hampton Inn. Clean, modern, and cozy. I recommend the Hampton Inn, Chelsea, NY to everyone.

“Good Place to Be.”

The hotel is located in a great area. Access to the subway and 6th Ave are perfect. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would have liked one more electrical outlet for charging devices. Not a big deal. I would stay here again. Thanks, Willis

“Hampton Inn experience”

Great hotel with excellent views of city skyline (City view room). Good value for money especially with complimentary breakfast and free daily newspapers. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Will definately return!

“IT WAS WONDERFUL AND CONVINIENT FOR MY FAMILY”

EVERYONE WAS SO NICE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND A NICE SIZE WITH MY FAMILY . THE KIDS HAD ENOUGH SPACE TO PLAY WITH THERE TOYS AND WATCH TV. IT WAS CLOSE TO LOCAL ATTRACTIONS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS PARKING TWO PARKING GARAGES FOR OVERNIGHT 1 1/2 FOM THE HOTEL, VERY REASONABLE. WE ALL FELT VERY SAFE AND RELAXED.

“Pleasantly surprised.”

We were very happy with our choice. We have been to NY many times and have never stayed in the Chelsea area. The room was nicer than we anticipated. But what stood out for us was the delightful and helpful staff. There warmth was genuine - you could tell. No matter what our needs were or questions we needed answered, the staff was simply terrific.
