“Small but stylish!”

We were up on the 18th floor and heard no traffic. Modern decor. Room small and tight but we managed. Breakfast area comfortable with even a small outside area. I was concerned about elevators but we experienced no problems.

“Great NYC Hotel”

I found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It's located in a great area for catching the subway around town. I'd stay here again and recommended it to anyone looking for a good room in NYC.

“Experience the Comfort at Hampton Inn Madison”

The first thing we checked in all our travels is the bathroom and we were so impressed with the orderliness and cleanliness!!! Great job... Keep it up. In addition, the inclusion of a daily sumptuous buffet breakfast, and the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate for 24 hours made our stay very convenient. No worries to find a place where to have breakfast and no need to make coffee in our room. Despite the limited space the hotel has, it has a business centre for the convenience of the guests. The room with 2 double beds is very small even for just a double occupancy. Not enough space to move around.

“Great spot for the family!”

All the staff went out of their way to make sure my wife, my daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Manhattan. The hotel was centrally located between Soho and Times Square. Our room was small but always clean along with the bathroom. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Would stay there again.

“Great choice for our first visit to Manhattan”

We were very pleased with this hotel. Within walking distance from Penn station and a couple of subway stations and not far from Times Square. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were nice though rather small, but hey, this is Manhattan, if you want more space be prepared to pay for it. Overall a very good experience and good value for the money we paid.

“"A great location for exploring New York"”

The Hampton Inn Madison Square Gardens met all of my needs. The hotel is very centrally located to both uptown and downtown Manhattan, and is convenient to the subways as well. The rooms were small but we were there for 7 days and it was great for us - you really don't spend a lot of time in your room in New York. The area felt safe as I was travelling as a mom and her 13 year old son. The breakfast was not the best I've had but it definitely served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

“small but cozy!”

The hotel was nice, the room was small but fonctionnal. We had air conditionning so that was great!!!! The breakfast was really good compared to other hotels, there was a lot to choose from (fruits, yogourt, eggs, pastries). Had high speed internet which was good, we could communicate with our kids with facetime :) It was pretty close to everything, Empire state, Macy's and time square, i would recommend this hotel!

“Great location.”

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is close to Penn Station which is wonderful - we took the Airtrain and LIRR from JFK. Macy's is right around the corner as are all other great places to shop.

“will definately return”

Great proximity to subways and if you put on your walking shoes lots to see within walking distance. The room was cozy, breakfast was included ( a great plus). The staff I encountered were very helpful and pleasant. I really had no complaints. But if i did want to complain, the worse was probably i had no view.....office building,,,,so as you can see, this hotel was great and served my purposes.
