“Would definitely return again.”
Great location. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. We had a great time in NY with the family.
“Good but tiring holiday”
After an initial nightmare at the airporrt we had a great but very titing holiday in New York, we went and did everything we could possibly fit into five days. I would recommend the helicopter tour, it was amazing, not long enough for the money but all the same amazing, we got chased by NYPD on the way back into the citu, just like in the movies, FAB FAB FAB!!!!
“Excellent place to stay after a busy day in the great city of New York.”
The People at the Hotel were extremely friendly. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a very busy stay in NYC and once back in the hotel it was very easy to relax. Just perfect!!! the only thing is that they said they have a restaurant with views on top floor and its always close so a bit disappointing as its specified in the description.
“Very impressed”
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff very always helpful and courteous. I stayed at another hotel in NY and the room was very tiny and the bathroom was cramped. This bathroom was very roomy. We ordered a van to pick us up for the airport and they never showed up. The hotel staff went out of there way to help us get a cab. I would stay here again.
“Best play to stay in downtown NY”
I was a bit skeptical when I read reviews while booking a room at Four Points Sheraton, NY since many people talked abt the parole office next door. However, we all know how life is in NY. It's always lively at night. Trust me, there is nothing to fear about. It's just 2 blocks away from Times Square, it's right opposite Port Authority and it was way cheaper than other hotels around. We paid $350 with taxes. It can't be better than this. They have a decent restaurant and a bar at the hotel too. I will stay here again.
“Get room, location for the money.”
We were very happy with the hotel, as it was only 1 1/2 years old it is in great shape. A little nervous about the street, especially with the NY Parole Board right next store.
“Time Square"s Hotel!!!”
We loved the hotel, brand new, nice room, (Big) compare to other Hotels. Price Worth the stay. Only back draw, we want to add an additional night, but the hotel don't offer 1 night reservations at this time of the year. From Nov to Jan. as told by the hotel front desk. Other than that, i will stay again. by the way!!! Bathroom, awesome!!!!
“Perfect Location”
Perfect location, reasonable price. Highly recommended.
“Wonderful NY Vacation”
Very cozy place, two blocks from Times Square, in front on the Port Authority bus stop so there was people around all night long. I felt like taking the bed and pillows home, they were so comfortable. Size of the room is good, kind of spacious compared to NYC standards.
“Most Excellent Hotel. Highly recommended.”
This was my third time visiting NYC. However, this was my first time staying at the Four Points by Sheraton. Was super hotel! The staff were amazing, tending to our every need. I asked if they could put us high up, which they were able to do at no extra charge. We had a 22nd floor room facing Times Square. The beds were super nice, very clean, and sooooo comfy. Fantastic bathroom in our room. Squeeky clean, fresh new towels and all the toiletries we needed. I found that the safe in our room didn't work. The battery in the digial keypad had died. I called the front desk, and a guy was up in about 20 mins to fix it. Truly attentive people, and excellent service. For all you rural dwellers, a word of caution on the noise level. No matter where you stay in NYC, it's going to be noisy at night. Sirens, trucks backing up, garbage trucks doing their rounds. I personally don't hear it much as I live in the down town core in Toronto, so I'm used to it. Everything is very close by. Subway was on the same block as us (40th & 8th), lots of food around. Duane Reade drugs store on the corner (great for snacks and supplies) 5 min walk from Times Square, 15 min walk from Macy's and Empire State Bldg. Cafe Duke on 42nd and Broadway does a great B-fast. Yum! Get a metro pass if you're going to move around a lot. Feet get tired fast. You can buy passes in the station at any kiosk (cash or credit). Book your trip now, stop thinking about it! :o)
