“Four Points By Sheraton in Chelsea”

Very friendly staff and extremely tidy, clean pristine room. That's number one for me.. and they passed the test. They also include water bottles in each room, which is something ALL hotels should do. Convenient to subway lines and you get the nice feel of a true NYC neighborhood (Chelsea). Definitely recommend and would stay again if the price is right!

“Exquisite!”

An excellent stay for anyone looking for an affordable hotel in Chelsea. Although it is a 3 star hotel, we felt as though we were staying at a upscale hotel due to superb staff & hotel amenities. The rooms were clean and well furnished.

“Excellent Hotel”

Very convenient to subway, and shopping everywhere including Macy"s at an easy walk distance away. The BEDS are amazingly comfortable Rooms were clean and service was good Did not try but there is a Mexican Restaurant in the hotel and the menu looked inviting however tere are 100"s of restaurants in the chelsea neighborhood so you won't go hungry, rather be in a bit of a quandry deciding which choice you should make Room are Larger then most NYC hotels so that was also nice.

“Not bad in Chelsea”

I had to stay here because mid town was totally sold out and was my first time staying in Chelsea. It is very close to both uptown and downtown subway. The room was small, but very well appointed. Staff was very responsive, nice room ammenities. If you like Chelsea this is not a bad choice.

“Definitely will stay there again”

Have visited NYC several times. This is a big room by NYC standards. Very comfortable. Depending on the room, you might not get the best view, but then again, who wants to just sit in the room and look out the window? Have stayed in this hotel before and will definitely stay there again.

“Great location”

Great location, about a mile from Times Square and close to subway. Very helpful staff. Try and catch the locals dancing on a Salsa night.... amazing. Limited but tasty Mexican menu in the bar. Recommended

“Great NY hotel for the money”

The hotel room was nice and clean with trendy decor. The front desk and the restaurant personnel were very nice. the location was convenient; easy access to Chelsea Pier and the Times Square area. Although I was disappointed that they could not meet my request for a king size bed, I still enjoyed my visit and would recommend it to others.
