“wonderful”
Everything is wonderful. It has free breakfast and free Wifi.

The hotel was in perfect shape. It was less than a mile away from the subway and in walking distance of food and alcohol.

“My stay at the Fairfield Inn Brooklyn”
Overall the hotel itself is very good, rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly, however, the location is not the best and the public transportation is not very near, I spent like 30 min looking for a cab in front of the main gate.

The room was very clean and it was very nice. However, there were a few problems with the room. One problem is that there is no refrigerator in the room. My mom, my uncle, and I had leftover food from Juniors that we had to eat on the same day because there was no place to keep it cold. Another problem is that there is no microwave in the room. We had no way of heating up the food that we had from Juniors. Another problem is that there are not alot of computers in the hotel for guests to use. There are only 2 computers for guests on the LL floor. That was really inconvenient because I really needed to use one of the computers right away and I had to wait because people were on both computers. The continental breakfast was okay. I liked the Jimmy Dean sandwiches and the assortment of teas that are available. However, the boiled eggs were cold! I had to put the boiled eggs in the microwave that is available in the dining area. There is also a "do it yourself" waffle iron.

Well maintained hotel. Three blocks from subway station. Neighborhood feel. No shuttle service to airports. May consider driving to hotel next time and leave car on site in parking lot. Free wifi and breakfast. Comfortable bed. Some noise from street.
“Happy Camper!”
Food service was a challenge. Our stay was March 23-27. Staff had difficulty keeping up with the surge demand and some of the stocked items ran out. There was a line at the waffle maker. Suggest re evaluating the layout, add a waffle maker, adjust supply to customer count. The staff tired to keep up the best they could and addending staff was increased on Sunday morning.
“Clean and friendly but lacking”
Staff members are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lacking counter space and had the kind of shower stall that you can't help but get soaked the second you turn on the water. The water was not consistently warm, and never really got hot. It's a shower stall, so ladies there is no place to prop your leg up when you shave. The hotel is a about 3/4 mile from the nearest subway station, which is only a problem when it rains or snows. None of the area cab drivers knew where it was, I suppose because it is so new.
