“ONLY ONE COMPLAINT”

The only complaint I have is about the check -in. We drove from NY to NJ and it was freezing cold outside there is very limited parking that is covered so we had to park outside in the elements unloaded our car and walked inside just to find out our room was ready but they have a strict policy that they cant let you check in before check in time at 3:00pm. It was 2:15pm. They also could not hold our bags we had to go back out put our bags in the car and wait another 45min before attempting to check in again.

“Nice hotel to stay at while visiting NYC”

We always stay at this hotel when we visit NYC. It is very quite and very near NYC. Clean room, comfortable bed and nice staff. I would recommend this hotel to others. Thanks! Keep up the good work!

“Good Place”

This was my first time at an extended stay hotel. I was not sure and was not expecting too much. But the place turned out to be great. We booked two rooms but when we came only one was ready. But they prepared it within 45 min and the receptionist was friendly. They have a kitchen with full fridge, two burners, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and two pans plus mugs plates etc. These were quite helpful as we made dinner and breakfast the way we want. The bathroom though not fancy was clean and had clean towels. I would go back to this place. And I hope the management will keep up the good work.

“convieniant for the event at the meadowlands”

For the price it was more than I expected. The staff was helpful as much as they could. The location of the hotel was a little difficult to get to if you are unfamiliar with the area.

“I´d stay here again”

We wanted to spend a couple of days visiting NYC but didn´t want to pay big bucks for a hotel in Manhattan so we stayed at this hotel. Note, you´ll need a car to go to NYC since this hotel is kind of out of the way. I understand you can take a bus close by but we didn´t find it. We drove to NYC. The lobby and ailes of the hotel could use a little more maintenence and could be a little cleanaer but rooms were confortable, spacious and clean. I am satisfied with what the hotel offered considering the price.

“Will stay here again.”

Stayed hear as we were going to NYC and didn't want to get a room in the city. Very quiet even with the highway nearby. Would most definitely stay here again. if you get there early enough, you may be able to park under the bldg instead of in the parking lot. Even though we didn't need it, the kitchenette was very nice....full size refrigerator was a surprise.

“Not real clean”

It served the purpose but it was not real clean. The shower curtain looked like it had dirty hand prints on it.

“Car is must”

The Hotel room was neat and clean . Good to stay but car is must. The Bus stop is almost 2 miles from the hotel. There was no vending machine in the hotel. There is no restaurant or bar near by the hotel.

“no restuantants nearby in middle of nowhere”

The staff were courteous, except for the housecleaning lady (at the time of checkout she was just outside the room bossing over other housekeeping staff) i had a do not disturb sign on my door and she kept sayin make sure u take it off when u check out i said well of course to which she made such a frowned up face , these people simply dont know what it means to a guest to be recieved and sent off warmly ruin the entire goodwill created by the front desk. Hotel dint even provide shampoo conditioner, no dish washing soap and then they expect you to leave the dishes as clean as you found them in other words dont use them. The nearest walmart was 3 miles across multiple exits on these confusing side roads and freeways on NJ!!. only if the hotel was situated near some restaurants i could give it a 4 star there were no gas station nothing whatsoever just a canal nearby with overgrown reeds. im a loyal extended stay customer and have used their properties on numerous times in cali but if iw ere to travel to the same location id not opt for this hotel only due to its location rest everything suited me just fine
