Eventi Hotel’s lobby features original art, velvet couches invitingly arranged and a fireplace set into the patterned walls. The hotel’s complimentary wine reception is hosted daily in the lobby or, weather permitting, on the veranda.
Eventi Hotel has 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including 11 conference rooms, a private screening room and a wraparound outdoor terrace. The hotel also offers a 24-hour business center and complimentary wired and wireless high-speed Internet access is available in public areas.
The Plaza, the hotel’s outdoor park area, offers indoor morning fitness classes, a grassy expanse, a reflection pool, art and dining. The hotel’s other restaurant serves Basque dishes for breakfast and dinner. Room service is available 24 hours a day.
The full-service health spa offers massage, facials, beauty services, body scrubs, treatments and wraps. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day.
Guests are offered complimentary bike hire as well as a complimentary overnight shoeshine service as part of their stay. The Eventi is a pet-friendly hotel.

Guestrooms at Eventi Hotel feature floor-to-ceiling windows, original art, and beds with pillowtop mattresses, Frette-brand Italian linens, and down comforters (bedspreads). Pillow menus are also available, and turndown service is performed daily upon request. Desks come with ergonomic chairs, and guestrooms also provide minibars and refrigerators.
The 37-inch flat-panel HDTVs come with premium cable channels and pay movies; guestrooms also provide iPod docking stations. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet is complimentary. Bathrooms include hair dryers, bathrobes, and rain showers with two showerheads.

Mornings, the lobby provides a complimentary coffee and tea bar. Each evening, the hotel hosts a complimentary one-hour wine reception in the lobby living room or on the veranda.
FoodParc - FoodParc offers multiple dining options spread throughout the hotel’s plaza. Guests can choose from burgers, pizza, dim sum, wraps, smoothies and other options. Open early morning to late evening.
Bar Basque - Multi-level dining, with a menu of cocktails, wines and whiskeys, and Basque cuisine. Serving breakfast and dinner. Live jazz or DJ nights take place throughout the week.

Recreation
The fifth-floor fitness center is open 24 hours a day and includes cardio and strength equipment, yoga mats and props, and balance balls. During warmer weather, the hotel hosts weekday-morning fitness classes on the hotel’s Veranda.

“Impressive”
Classy with sheek in house restaurant.
“New York City 2010”
The Eventi hotel is great. We chose this hotel mainly because of what we observed on Expedia. It is quite new and the ratings were 5's on the Expedia web site. Our room was on the 7th floor with a great view of the Empire State Bldg. We looked at the hotel on it's own web site and soon realized that our booked room would NOT have a tub in the BR, only a shower. It was important to us to have a tub. We called the Eventi and explained the situation. Within minutes we were called back and upgraded to a 1 BR suite that included a wonderful bathroom and sitting area, at our original price. We were very pleased with this. All staff at the front desk had conceirge ablilities and helped us with anythng we needed.
“Great place to stay”
Amazing hotel close to Penn Station and Times Square. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was there during Hurricane Irene and the shutdown of New York. Staff were highly competent in dealing with emergencies and provided complimentary buffet meals (3 times a day) during the weather emergency. The rooms were beautifully presented and clean.

“Wonderful New Kimpton Hotel”
I expect the best from Kimpton and this hotel lived up to me expectations fully. Smart, comfortable, welcoming---it's all there and a good value for the money. The Garment District is centrally located, making it a good choice if your activities are both uptown and downtown, but there aren't as many walkable destinations in the evening as with some other hotels. Still, I'll look forward to going back to this little gem. There are great meeting rooms and event facilities, so keep it in mind for business needs, also.

We had a great time! Our rooms were great, service was great, coffee and wine service was a nice complement and the hotel was beautiful and relaxing. Customer Service was spectacular. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful.
“Good Boutique Hotel in Midtown”
I was surprised to discover that the hotel had been open for only 3 weeks when we stayed there as everything seemed to go very smoothly. Staff was friendly, polite and accomodating.

In town for a business trip and really not wanting to deal with sub-standard room OR bedbugs! The eventi far exceeded my expectations. Well appointed and helpful/knowledgeable staff.
“sophisticated addtion to New york's hotel scene”
the eventi opened just very recently in May 2010. from the moment one steps inside the main entrance, you are aware of great style and ambiance. the hotel is decorated in a contemporary and modern tone with rich earthiness - feels very comfortable. rooms are a good size for New york hotels with a very spacious and lovely bathroom. Beds were super comfortable with wonderful linens. this hotel has great syle, indeed. close to empire state building and great shopping at Macy's.

Very new and clean hotel. No bed bugs discovered in our room anyway. Great staff, very friendly and honest. spacious rooms for new york, and the location The rooftop bar thing on level 5 is great, many locals actually know about it, as they have a wine-tasting thing each night from 5-6 for free, which is very popular. This was my second stay here, about my 6th in new york.
