“Good for the price”
When I first went to my room I discovered it had not be cleaned from previous tenant. I immediately went back to reception and was given a new room with profuse apologies. They moved my luggage for me and ensured I was happy with my new room. All personnel were extremely kind and helpful. Location is a nice walk (about 20 minutes) from Chinatown and Little Italy in one direction and to the Ferry for Ellis Island area in opposite direction. There is a metro station about one block away to go farther into the city. The neighborhood was nothing fancy, but quiet and away from the frenzy closer to Times Square. There are plenty restaurants from simple take away to very nice eat in. If I need to return to Manhattan, this hotel will be my first choice to book.
“Going back ASAP”
A small hotel near almost everything and direct subway connection to literally everything . The staff are friendly and eager to help make the stay fantastic. The rooms are NY sized, VERY comfy and the bedside brownies very yummy. Special kudos to a team of concierges who know and love their city - wanting you to feel the same way. Their suggestions were not limited to the safe and familiar when I was looking for out of the way and out of the ordinary shows, shopping and eats. When you have gone into shock at your lack of constraint at Century 21, the Pakistani Tea house down the block will fill you full of curried warmness and Naan for under 10$
“Great little boutique hotel”
Small spaces pack a big punch! They obviously care about the quality of their spaces. As an interior designer, I can tell they spent some money to make the small space feel luxurious. Loved it! Great value!
“Nice small hotel”
I stayed here because it was close to work obligations. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of my room and the friendliness of the staff. My room was small, but it's New York so I expected that. Breakfast was OK and was expensive. Subway lines are a few blocks away.
“Tribeca's great secret”
This hotel offers you a nice, friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms, excellent space for two people. A great restaurant area for breakfast. The location has numerous neighborhood locations for lunch and dinner that are very nice and reasonable. We would definitely go back and have already recommended the hotel to our friends.

Convenient location, good restaurants nearby, local nightlife without being noisy. Very easy to use subway from here.

this hotel is great for the money. It is wonderful to explore Tribeca! You don't even have to leave the neighborhood! The rooms are stylish and clean. The beds are comfortable.
“Perfect hotel for a New York experience”
I absolutely loved this hotel. I was traveling for both business and pleasure. The location was perfect for a fun night on the town followed by a busy work day the next morning. The room, although a little small, was clean and comfortable and full of all the amenities I needed. The staff was warm, friendly and very helpful. I used to visit NY often but hadn't been in a few years, this hotel was perfect for a chic urban experience. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and I will definitely be back again soon!
“Hotel New York”
L'hotel est tres bien situe dans Tribeca, avec deux lignes de metro a moins de cinq minutes de marche. Il y a de nombreuses possbilites pour sortir et diner dans les environs immediats. Autre point interessant, l'hotel est tres proche de la riviere et d'un joli parc. Les chambres sont propres et modernes.
